Awards
* CoH was awarded PC/Console Game of the Year and Multiplayer Game of the Year at the first annual Billboard Digital Entertainment Conference. Press Release.
* [info]bittercupojoe got his post on the official boards about Wizard World bumped by Statesman. This makes his info unofficially official. :)

Bugs
* The long door wait bug - wherein if you click on a door too quickly after approaching it, you would pause and be unable to move - has been fixed and verified internally. It should be on the Training Room 'soon'.

Future Plans
* Shadow Shard and Rikti Crash Site will be getting some changes to encourage people to go there.
Statesman's Official List of "We're working on it....":
* DA, Ice Armor, Stone Armor - the f/x are going throug a redo and the powers will be made stackable. I'll tell you when as soon as the schedule is solid.
* The changes to Fear are being worked on now.
* Tankers have top priority post Update 3 to get their increased mob control abilities. I'd love to tie this to some twinks to Controllers - so that both have a good role in mob management - but I can't make any promises about that in particular.
* Many upper level villain groups will have the # of minions w/ a stun power decreased dramatically. More specifically: Carnival of Shadows, Malta. Sappers will one to a spawn, rather than a current maximum of two.
* The massive AOE Alpha Strikes will be addressed shortly after Tankers get their due.
* I do know that Unyielding Stance and its immobility is an issue. I'm going to be thinking about that a lot in the coming week.
* We're not changing anything imminently on Electricity Blast. But we know that many Blasters find that it's sub par.
* After analysis, Scrappers CAN NOT reach the same levels of resistance as a Tank. Regeneration, though, is a small concern. (Concern = small tweak. Don't worry Regen Scrappers!)
* +1 level mobs are now appearing in the numbers that we had wanted in missions.
* No new levels in the immediate future (next couple of updates).
* PvP Arena will (probably) be pre-CoV but post Issue #3.
* Skill (Out of Combat) system will probably be in Issue #4.
* Alliance Chat will be in Issue #3.
* Issue #3 will see many artwork touchups to older zones.

Update

Bugs
* Warping villains (disappearing and porting to another section of the map, or off the map) is a known bug. There is a fix for this currently on the test server, so if you have a mission where this is happening, the devs are asking you to copy over to the Training Room and try it there to ensure they fixed it.
* Combat Jumping no longer gives any protection against Immobilization effects. This is a bug. A fix is on the way.
* Jack Frost's Ice Sword accuracy is very very low. This is a bug, and a fix is on the way.
* Stimulant was never meant to last as long as it did; the duration was intended to go from 20 to 60 seconds, but geko made a typo and made it too long. It is now corrected, and Clear Mind has been boosted to 90 seconds of duration.

Issue #3
From Statesman:
"It has [been announced that teen body types will be in the next issue]? Hmmm. Not to my knowledge. Maybe a "yes, that's on the plate." But definitely not a "yeah it's in the next update."

But, aside from an Epic Archetype, I haven't alluded to anything in specific coming out this update (oh - and the SSOCS [Super Secret Out of Combat System], but that might be delayed). So maybe we will have teens and shapeshifting in.

Or maybe not.

Contacts
* Contacts all have a specific origin, and generally either introduce you up the 'tree' of that origin to higher level contacts, or laterally to contacts in the same level with a different origin.
* "Contacts in the 10 to 14 and 20 to 24 range will sell you the "Remaining 18" Enhancements (and ONLY those), and will charge you around the price of an Accuracy Enhancement of that type (ballpark number)." --Positron
* Contacts will sell enhancements affiliated with their origin.

Phantom Army
* Someone asked why Phantom Army can't be walked through like other Pets (ie: Singularity). geko's response:
"because if they have no collision, when you summon them, they all appear on the same spot, and then walk all over themselves and it looks like monkey butt. "
