Does anyone have a handy reference for the old vs. new Dominator damage numbers? I can find posts that list damage modfiers and scales, but this isn't as intuitive, I feel. I'd love to just have a basic "this power used to do 50 damage and now does 62" table. Any links or cut 'n' pastes would be much appreciated.

Ive had this problem with mission architect for a while now and was wondering how to fix it.

when creating a mission the right side of my screen is cut off and stops me from seeing the picture choices and other things that would help alot, so i was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a way to fix it or am i going to have to live with it?

Ok.. my husband and I had to go on a road trip today. Three hours of sitting in the car, listening to the radio.. and thinking of possible relatives for my favorite villain, Technic-Lee.

I invite all of you to flesh out a personality for some of the Lees in a comment. OR...

If you're feeling funky... I'd LOVE to pick a server, and make up the Massive-Lee Silly Supergrouop. Of course, we'd also have to have the Dastard-Lee Villain Group.

I know this is silly beyond belief, but you have to admit, it's an easy way to come up with a character name or some inspiration, if you needed it.

Best new feature: Tiny arrow on the mission map representing the hostage who's being lead out.

Worst new bug: Missing tooltips on mouseover at the auction house / black market.

My weekly task force/trial group needs your help!

We attempted the Abandoned Sewer Trial last night, and failed it utterly. We just couldn't get near the tentacles without being chewed up by the Hydra's psychic damage and the wave of toxic damage.

We tried to look up some tactics, but everything seems a bit dated. ("First, leave Maren in Founder's Falls and make your way through the sewers back to Atlas Park...")

What are the current tactics for this Trial? We want a rematch, but not without a good, solid game plan.

Our team makeup (all of us are level 40 exactly):

stone/stone tank
earth/thermal controller
FF/rad defender that can switch to an Emp/Psy defender if needs be
fire/willpower scrapper
fire/fire blaster
energy/energy blaster
Warshade
plant/rad controller

So I am making this test character. Don't take any power pools except hover/fly until I am forced to do so. So I chose a sonic/mental blaster: siren's song means I can run in and drain psyche at the beginning of a spawn, then blast away to my heart's content. Even hitting only three dudes gives me like 5 end/sec, so this is viable even solo; dp is up every sixty seconds, meaning basically I have endless end, and to top it off, I threw in endrdx almost everywhere.

So, in discussion with friends the other night, the topic of City of Heroes characters came up. Needless to say, a simple typo can go a long way to sparking insanity (namely, someone saying 'Laundry Hammer' which sounds like an infomercial product).

The conversation went downhill from there, and has led to the idea of the new force for justice and labor-saving - the supergroup known as As Seen on TV:

It's a little short notice...but Just This League is doing a special Monday Task Force, taking on the new I15 TF...Return of the Reichsman! This Task Force is for level 45-50 Heroes, and while we can do it with 4, we're looking for a full team of 8!

hmmm all the servers went down early and i am patching on live...Me thinks I15 is going live today!!!

So I got a new computer a bit over a week ago. Since then, I've had major issues with stability. It would randomly restart for no reason. I could be in game with effects flying everywhere, or solo in an empty base doing nothing, or even just surfing on the web!! of all things!!

Well, I spent most of the evening swapping out my power supplies (I hate rewiring, it takes me hours every time, even though it's theoretically an easy task). So far, so good, solo and duo with bigangry tests are successful: no restarts since swapping in the better PSU.

However, I wanna give this thing a real stress test, so I want to get a big LJ team together tomorrow (Sunday) night. I get off work at 7:30ish Pacific (that's 10:30 to you other-coasters), so wouldn't want to schedule anything earlier than like 8-8:15pm (11-11:15 Eastern).

To make it easier, since the largest concentration of LJ folks is on Virtue heroes, I'll do it there. I'd like to do a task force or respec trial. I don't really care which one (as long as it's two hours or less), we'll figure that out when we gather up tomorrow night. We'll meet in my supergroup base (it's pretty).
