Has anyone here ever used a jog-shuttle switch (like the kind that are on some DVD/VCR remotes) to switch between bend points? Any idea what the schematic is for them? This one has 7 leads, and I'm not sure how to figure out how the connection switches between them. thanks!

Дафельдекер, басист, известен как основатель импров-группы Polwechsel, издавшая этим летом долгожданный альбом “Field” на лейбле Hat Hut с участием пианиста Джона Тилбури, участника AMM, в том числе Дафельдекер в прошлом году издал свой сольный альбом “Long Dead Machines I – IX” на итальянском лейбле Presto!?. Дафельдекер написал множество произведений для разных ансамблей, исполняющих классическую музыку. Он также работает с электроникой и гитарой и управляет влиятельным лейблом Durian.

Курцманн — выдающийся представитель и движущая сила венской, берлинской и с недавнего времени буэнос-айресской сцен. Он организовывал фестиваль phonoTAKTIK, помогал основать знаменитый венский клуб Rhiz и вел престижный лейбл charhizma. Он основал многие группы: Extended Versions, Orchestra 33 1/3, Schnee, The Magic I.D. и The Year Of, куда также входит его давний партнер и коллега Дафельдекер. Hey, I'm new here and had a couple of questions that maybe you guys could help me out with. I'm working on a Playskool Kid Keys right now and have found some great bends... except I'm running into two issues I've dealt with with pervious projects and would like to resolve. #1 - I found a major touch contact for downward pitch bend, but as soon as I touch a wire to it the note bends downward, and if I soldered it, it would just put the whole instrument out of tune. Any way to make the spot "less hot" or keep it in tune until I actually touch the contact point?? #2 - Modulation/vibrato effects. I'm always finding lots of them and they sound great, but it would be so nice be able to control the depth or modulation speed with a pot. I tried up to a 10k pot between the points, but nothing seems to change the sound. Any ideas, or should I just be happy with what I have? Thanks in advance!

I made a post a while ago, asking for some help mending the switch of a pedal I bent. I'd said I'd post videos (at least I thought I'd said it), but I never got around to it. Sifting through my hard drive, I thought I might post what I'd mentioned then.

A male Venusian Furphone. Hand built mic, warm and cosy in a pink furry sheath. The pink is very neon and is sewn to fit. The actual mic element is housed in an Altoids Gum tin and features a male 1/4" out jack. Hook it up through some fx pedals and get some fun and weird sounds. This mic is very crisp and sounds even crispier with some sort of pre amp:

This isn't exactly a bent instrument, but it does involving scavanging goodwill for electronics to reuse. Figured someone might find it interesting since it's been dead around here for a while.

This is a type of percusive instrument. It consists of metal keys which vibrate depending on their length and a body that acts as an acoustic amplifier. Wiki link for Kalimba

Washburn and Fender had made a few effects pedals for sale at Target and other commercial outlets. It was odd seeing music instruments for sale at Target...

Found a pic of the fender pedal


I don't have the exact pedal title with me so I can't find the Washburn one.

Target had a clearance sale and I picked up these pedals for $10 each.

If I can't circuit bend them, I'm going to use the parts or rehouse other stuff.

Any ideas? Tips? Is this idea win?
