| About: | I have a 5-year-old son and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Trying to parent effectively while dealing with a chronic illness can be a struggle. There are many days when I just don't have the energy to do everything I'd like to do with my son. Trying to manage a household with a chronic illness can be difficult as well. This is a place where we can support each other, talk each other down on the bad days, celebrate the good days and share ideas for fun activities, easy meals and household shortcuts - anything to make our lives a little easier and happier.
