christmaslovers!
As you can guess, we are a group for and run by people who love Christmas and like to talk about it year round. If this sounds like you (even if you love Christmas but not so much 365), then please feel free to join us and our little party. We are for the most part just a group of pretty chill people, so as long as you leave the drama at the door then you are welcome to stay. :]
Like I said, we are a group of pretty laid back folks, but just in case and to help keep it that way, we have a small list of rules for you to follow should you want to join us.
Rules:
- Like I said before, please leave the drama at the door. If you have a problem with someone in the community, take it up with me and we will settle it. Don't attack nor antagonize others. I'm a firm believer in the three strikes you're out policy. On the third offense, consider your ass banned. Peace out.
- Obviously we are a group dedicated to Christmas, so please keep all posts on topic. When it gets close to other holidays such as Thanksgiving (which goes hand in hand with Christmas, anyway) on say the night or day before we allow a couple posts or so just to talk about it, but no more than that.
- If you are going to post very long text or multiple pictures, then please use an LJ-cut. If you don't know how, then please read about how to here. If you are posting multiple pictures, then please have no more than one outside of the cut.
- Please also just use the default text. No funky colours or sizes, please. While I know that it's fun to type in every hue in the rainbow and font that your harddrive provides, they become difficult to read on a lot of computers. So just for the sake of the eyes of those around you, please just stick to the default, please?
- Never ever disable comments nor delete them. If I find that you have done this then I will delete your post and it will count against your strikes unless it was a mistake.
That's really all there is to it. Just be yourself and relax and feel free to join us in celebrating our favorite holiday. :] If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to PM me instead of commenting in my journal. Thanks!
