It is NaNo time again.  If you are going to be a part of this community this year, please introduce yourself in the comments section of this post.

Day one was okay for me.  I started writing at school while the kids were playing.  I had to quit once I had just started rolling along pretty good.  It was irritating.  I wrote 2,217 words.  I feel good about it. 

21 scenes outlined. 5000 estimated words (I aim low). Still on first paragraph of 4-page Step 6 outline. So far, so good (but running out of time...)

Okay, sorry. I know all caps is shouting...but who can help a little shout now and then? Nano is right around the corner!

My outline is still a ways from being finished, though. I need to get off and work on it more. Who else is outlining? (And have I already asked this question?

Hi everyone,
I just found the link in the Christian nano thread and thought I'd come over. So hi. I'm Christian and have grown up in the church - my current church service is 5 this month (we are having a progressive dinner to celebrate and I was there when we started it it's changed so much). Though sadly it's just been announced that our assistant minister will be leaving us after christmas to teach at a theology college. But we already have someone who will come in February so that is good.

It's a whopping 108370 words, including "The End". It's the longest novel I've ever written, to say nothing of the most I've ever written in a month! :is pleased:

I've increased the amount of words I think I can write by the end of the month, as you see. I still don't think that will be the end of the story; there's a lot more to this novel than I thought at first! But I'm looking forward to hitting 75k, anyways. And from there--who knows?

I reached my 50,000 word goal today, but my story is nowhere near finished. I'll just keep writing...
