What is your opinion on Charismatic Christians, and the things they believe in [Baptistm of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tounges, etc.]?

I've been to a couple of meetings recently - very charamatic. I normally go to an Anglican church.
In one meeting all sorts of things happened - healings, falling down, laughing, etc. In the next meeting the guy (from the US) spoke for nearly an hour and made a very good scriptural defense of all these kind of Holy Spirit happenings (it reminded me of a book called 'The Kingdom and the Power')
