Okay, Chris Martin is turning 30 tomorrow and I am flipping out. He is so beautiful, creative and talented. It's kind of obvious that I'm obsessed/in love with his music (maybe even him) but that's not the point.
The point is, Chris is turning 30 tomorrow and I hope he turns 31, 32, 33...and so on because I couldn't live without him. Honestly, a part of me would die if he passed away. I don't even want to think about that so back to happy thoughts...
Happy 30th Birthday, Chris Martin!

Welsh pop star CHARLOTTE CHURCH has dismissed legendary singer BOB DYLAN for being a "freak".
The 19-year-old is similarly unimpressed by critically adored musicians including THE BEATLES, THE ROLLING STONES, and COLDPLAY's CHRIS MARTIN, who she thinks sounds effeminate when he sings.
However, Church does rate the late JIMI HENDRIX.
She says, "I can't stand Bob Dylan. He sounds like a freak.
"And that Chris Martin isn't any good either. I don't mind Coldplay and know that conversational singing style is very modern but it's a bit wimpy.
"You know that song JUMPIN' JUMPIN' by DESTINY'S CHILD? BEYONCE (KNOWLES) is going nuts in it and she's so out of tune it does my head in.
"I never got The Beatles. People say they're great, but they don't do it for me.
"And I never listen to The Rolling Stones. I'm not fussed about old rock music apart from Hendrix."

My Coldplay book "Look At The Stars" arrived today and I've had a flick through.
There is the sweetest pic of Chris and Gwyn! They look so natural and happy, when my scanner is working I'll post it.
Something else that made me exclaim out loud -
" Chris had been turned down by every girl he'd approached from the age of 13"
WHAT THE FECK???! I DON'T UNDERSTAND!
And! "He lost his virginity at 22"
Bless him!!!! Now I don't feel the stigma as much as I'm 22 and still pure ;) But if Chris didn't til then, that's enough for me!

 so after watching live 8 today and seeing coldplay perform, i realized that i will never stop loving that gorgeous, sincere front man--CHRIS! what a guy.
i was reading an article about chris last night, and ahh! i must link you guys to it. or i'll quote the most chris-esque paragraphs from that article on here when i find it another time.
but bottom line: i adore coldplay. and i love chris martin. beautiful people, they are.
oh and i'm new here. can't believe i've been worshipping these guys for 4 years and haven't joined this individual chris martin community, its nice by the way.
and you guys should check out my LJ layout. i was inspired by a coldplay dream i had, no joke. :] but anyway, i put it up a few weeks ago, hope you guys enjoy that too.
