Silly crack fic to get myself back into the writing groove...
Jack must deal with the ultimate challenge...
So I work for Starbucks. My store is next to a major corporate building in San Diego. I have to deal with snotty, Blackberry (or crackberry as I call them) corporate people all the time. Always with big orders. Always with the attitude and small tips. Hence the small crack fic. Enjoy!

The smell of coffee penetrated his nostrils, instantly removing any last bit of slumber he might have had. But it was the line that made Jack nervous as he entered the small Starbucks store.
Jack pulled his phone from his coat's pocket. He dialed the number for the CTU branch of LA. He began to feel restless as the line seemed to take forever.
Chloe picked up the line on the second ring.
"CTU, O'Brian"
"Chloe, it's Jack. This line at Starbucks is too long. Can't you get your coffee from the break room?"
"Jack, we have been over this before. The coffee here is horrible. If I bring my own coffee, everyone tries to steal some, and then that leaves me with nothing. I need coffee to survive. Please just wait in line. It won't take too long. I promise."
"Chloe, I don't have any time for this. I have to be at work."
"Jack, there is no terrorist threat. CTU has not burned down (yet). Everything is calm. You can wait in the line and get my cappuccino. You'll be fine."
Just as Chloe was speaking, the lady in front of Jack pulled out a list of the drinks she needed to order. Jack read the list over the woman's shoulder. The list had at least 15 drinks.
"Dammit Chloe, I'm going to leave."
"Jack, if you leave that line, I will not speak to you for a month. You will have to have find someone else to do your dirty work."
"Chloe..."
"Jack, I need coffee. Good coffee. You will get this for me or you will have Dennis, the new level 1 Tech guy, running your next comm. Do you understand me, Jack?"
Jack sighed, resigned to his duties.
"Chloe, do you want an add shot too?"
"Yes, Jack. That would be nice. Thank you."
