Candy Babe (still)

Argggggg, so I was listening to Candy Babe today, and remembered about the whole "what is she saying at the end, Heki, or Thank You" thing, and I checked Ballands and Bows, and they have it up now.....and they don't say either!!! Anyone else out there have magical powers which might derive an answer? And Ballads and Bows raised another question: on their Japanese (and thus English) translation, during the chorus they wrote that she's saying "Happy Happy" but for some reason I thought she was saying "heart beat, heart beat" maybe just coz I watched the MV too much? Anyone have any answers?

Hm... Just thought I'd start my "membership" here with a small "review" of Chieco's new single.
No, I didn't order it... but the reason being the lovely one considering -money-. Haha. Yeah, I'm broke. Very broke to be honest. But... buying 2 dvds and 3 cds PLUS a storybook.. haha. You get broke from it. and nothing is chieco related. ><; However, bought The Sera Myu: Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu ... Very good I recommend it. ^_^ One of the best myu's ever...

And that was a side note for you who know about myu and are fans of it. XD
Anyhow... here.

Kizuna iro.
I like this beginning. To me it shows of how Chieco went from girl to woman, u know? And that she's not doing pop as pop, but a bit... rock-pop. A very big improvement since "Be your girl". ^_^ I like this song alot. (And just so you know, I do not diss BYG, i LOVE that song dammit. o.o) But I like the tempo in this song and the lyrics are neat. ^_^ Very Chieco-ish. (compared to the last single I guess this would be the "quiet roit")

I can't wait.
This song is a big more pop than kizuna iro acc. to me. a bit more girly too. The lyrics are cool and all but it's not the best on this single. It's better than the average popsongs but on this single I guess I have to say it's the baddest. But then again, her voice is lovely as usual and she sings this song great. But the melody and tempo of the song is just... yeah. But, BUT Her english is great though. Really, her english improves. ^_^ (Even though I really really like Shining from her last single this song would be this one then. ^^')

Hidamari.
I guess this song is the slow song on the single. And it's pretty good, but sorry Chieco, it's no hit. According to me. I mean, it's pretty and it's cool. Her voice is lovely and it's a great melody but to me; no hit. It's not a song that makes me go "OH MY GOD CHIECO!" So to me, this song is just like "Cry baby" pretty, slow, a good ballad-ish song, but... not as good as Hoshi negai wo. ^^;

Yeah. There are my cents on Chieco's new single. Haha. ^^
And now, if anyone ordered this single and have a scanner, PLEASE Scan?! I sooo want lyrics.. ^_^; And if someone have problems reading kanji I'd love to help out with romanizing too. ^_^

Also, I really want lyrics for her Shining single too! ^^; So anyone with a scanner... please!!!

I was able to come up with a semi-nice looking layout for this community. Comments appreciated, I'm really bad with override codes and the wallpaper was made with...MS Paint. (Yeeha)

As for Chieco news...my single has yet to come still. Anyone seen the mp3's up for d/l or a PV?

Also, I'm trying to find out where her single ranked on the charts, but I can't find it. Anyone have luck?

By the way, anyone recieved their cd yet? I know mine has been shipped, but it's from cdjapan so they're sending from Japan, and ect. Oh! And if anyone has heard, if you got first press, the "prize" is a cell phone accessory designed by Chieko herself. Hope I can figure out how to put mine on my cell, but it's a funny version and ect...

Well, I haven't been able to find any MP3s yet, but Chieco's official site has put up a 53 second preview of the PV for 'Shining!' in real media or windows media versions.

Welcome to chieco_love, a community for fans of Kawabe Chieco (Chieko).

This live journal community is half for better updates through my fansite, Chieco Online, (Check url in community info if you'd like it) because it's irritating have to log into my account, open files, update, ect, ect, just to update all news and info. Live journal is much easier to use. :)

I'm trying to figure out layout situations on this community, so it's a little bland, but I have no clue how to work all these.

As for news, the basics on Chieco lately are about her new single, which has switched the two songs, so now, "Cry Baby" is the c/w rather than 1st song, now "Shining" is the main. The single cover is out on her main site, the vocal one, and, for some reason, lj isn't letting me post a pic of it, so just go here (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v156/Finachan/shining.jpg) if you'd like to see it.

If you haven't preordered it, order it! It comes out the 25th, I believe.
