Lonnie Bruhn and the Cripple xXx Comedy Tour

Hey, I am a comedian out of Portland Oregon. Myself and one other comedian, Joe Fontenot are launching a nationa tourl called The Cripple xXx Comedy Tour in February which will help raise money for United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. It’s not your normal fundraiser, It is a very dirt show. I’m considered by media here is one of the dirtiest comedians in the NW. After the 8th of March we have open dates and we will be finishing up our shows in Minneapolis and heading towards Cleveland. I am very interested in finding a Chicago area venue, is there anyone in your community that might be able to help us find one.

I have a complete digital press kit with sample vids of the tour, or you can also go and check out www.myspace.com/cripplex. I have cerebral Palsy, this is a very important project to me. And I’m not your normal cute disability act you normally come across. I’ve opened for Stanhope many times, worked with Sean Rouse on more than one occasion and good friends with Stanhope and Andy Andris. I've been in comedy for 18 years.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why should you shell out your hard earned cash to help another comedian? Simple. Hannibal has been invited to perform at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival in the usually very secret line up of comics in The New Faces Showcase.

Let me refresh your memory - Hannibal is only 23 years old, and has spent a good portion of the last year working hard and doing shows in New York City.

His dream is being realized, and as fellow comics or fans being there to support and help get him to Montreal will do nothing but top off your good karma, and put a really positive vibe out in the scene.

What if next time it's you? This being the first show of it's kind in our neck of the words, supporting will do nothing but perpetuate comradery and set a framework for future efforts.

Basically, support yourselves by supporting others.
