The National Enquirer reports in a splashy new cover that Cher has gone and gotten married!

And, as you would expect of her, she's wed a much much younger man!

The diva married a non-famous dude aged 36 (seen above).

She's 62!

The wedding took place in Vegas, and - thankfully - she's said to have made the former Hell's Angels dude sign a prenup.

Congrats, we guess!

CHER has an all-new show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, debuting Tuesday, May 6, and only ET's MARK STEINES is inside her dressing room for a sneak peek at the BOB MACKIE-designed looks she'll be wearing for her big show!

Cher's show at The Colosseum is full of chart-topping hits spanning from the '60s to today, from "Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves" to "If I Could Turn Back Time." The spectacle features extraordinary choreography, state-of-the-art lighting and special effects and, of course, those signature, breathtaking costumes.

Cher says she wears 17 costumes throughout the show, and, "My fastest change is a minute-forty five, from head to toe."

Now that the ageless legend is in fighting shape for her performances, would she ever consider competing on "Dancing with the Stars"?

"I don't want to do that kind of stuff," she says honestly. "I've worked myself too hard and too long and tried to achieve -- I have a [expletive] Oscar, okay? I have to do 'Dancing with the Stars'?"

It's not as if she has any time for the hit ABC show anyway, since her Vegas show opens Tuesday and runs four nights a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Tuesday night the first reviews will be coming in. I am so excited. And not that I want to wish away my summer but can it please be August NOW!

Cher will be on Oprah with Tina Turner on May 8, 2008.

They will be at Caesars Palace to show off Cher's new home. Cher will also share some of the outfits (17 outfits total she will use during the Vegas show), and will announce some of the songs she will be performing. Songs all the way back to the beginning will be used!

Also expect Tina Turner to make a HUGE announcement :)

My friend Courtney and I got our tickets last night for the August 12th show. We're sitting in the 13th row. August 11-12 is also the CHER CONVENTION so it is going to be one huge Cher extravaganza. I cannot wait!

The rumors are true.

She's back from retirement!

Putting speculation to rest, PerezHilton.com has exclusively learned that Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is going to announce on Thursday their hundred million dollar plus deal with the one and only Cher.

The international icon has entered into a very lucrative agreement with the hotel for a series of over 200 shows, which will run over the course of the next three years in their 4300 seat Colosseum.

Her first show will be on May 6th. Yay!

Cher will be speaking with Good Morning America and Nightline on Thursday.

An insider tells us, "Cher reveals that she juggled three different boyfriends last summer, has spent a lots of time quietly visiting wounded soldiers at different hospitals around the world, doesn't have
words to express her hatred for George Bush, passionately endorses Hillary Clinton and most importantly is reuniting with the great Bob Mackie on the costumes for her Las Vegas run."

Her rep refused to comment on any of the above except to confirm that she too heard that sequins have officially been added to the endangered species list.

Cher will be on Good Morning America tomorrow THURSDAY February 7, 2008. It has been confirmed. They said it on the show this morning. Cher will be making an announcement that she's been keeping for the past 2 1/2 years.

So be sure to watch tomorrow morning! The show airs from 7-9AM CENTRAL TIME.

CHER to launch her Las Vegas Shows soon!

Word is from Las Vegas insider Robin Leach that Cher is going to announce her Las Vegas shows this month in New York on a string of popular TV shows….

First I was told to “expect the official confirmation announcement any moment now” from Cher about her new upcoming string of shows at the Caesars Palace Colosseum. Then I was told, “Keep an eye on Jan. 28 or sometime that last week of the month.”

Either way, Cher is in charge of breaking the news herself and she’s planning to do it with a big splash in New York rather than Vegas!

Watch for her 24-hour media day of back-to-back appearances on Good Morning America, The Today Show, plus David Letterman and Regis & Kelly to announce the new run starting either the last week of April or the first week of May at Celine Dion’s former home. Bette Midler will be appearing there in the meantime and I’ve learned “her ticket sales are going through the roof—and far better than anybody dared dream possible. She’s a sell out and going at the same pace as Celine!”

Apparently, Cher plans to stop in Vegas en route home to Hollywood after New York to meet all members of the Vegas media community and reveal further details of her spectacular. Tickets for Cher’s show should go on sale by Feb. 1 at the latest!

Cher and Chas are Coming Out

POP queen Cher is planning a reality show with her lesbian daughter Chastity where they’ll help people tell their parents they're gay.

The show - called Coming Out With Cher and Chas - is being pitched to TV production companies, say US reports.

When Chastity first told Cher back in 1990, she “went ballistic” and reportedly sent her for therapy.

But now Cher is set to help others go through the process of coming out, according to teenhollywood.com.

A source said: “Cher and Chas believe they are on to a winner and have been setting up meetings with the major networks.

“It's no secret they have had problems in their relationship and they think that makes them ideal to offer advice to those who are going through the same thing.”

Her tummy trouble is never happy stuff to report and, although her close circle is keeping mum, this lady's a forever favorite, which means she remains news. Therefore, this is news. Cher is being attended by a specialist based in Europe. Last week she was an announced headliner for a major gala in LA. However, she'd been experiencing discomfort. This discomfiture was sufficient for her to, at a late moment, cancel the scheduled appearance.
