PSA for those trying to pre order the DVD.
A heads up for anyone from outside the US who's trying to pre-order the new MCR DVD from the website - it's been declining orders due to incorrect billing details and then charging people for them anyway. So if you've tried more than once, it may have actually charged you for each attempt. Please check your credit statements/with your banks, and contact them as soon as possible if you think you have been charged in error.

So far at least two people have been charged multiple times, for very large amounts.

You can email Warner customer service on wbrcustserv@emsi.echomail.com if you think you may have been overcharged.

	I personally wouldn't, but it's up to you. I think you can order it from amazon.co.uk, and it might arrive a little later than the 24th of June but it's a lot safer, I think. (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)
