I just stumbled upon this on Buzznet (I'm hella bored..)
So anyway i thought it was kinda cutesy and you'd all might enjoy it too.

does anyone know when/where/why this was filmed?
It's from the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame :)

It's on YouTube as well and the person who posted it said that they are signing a guitar for her at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I guess she won a contest since Frank says congratulations.
