welcome to charmingelite
an elite graphics challenge community.

this community will be dedicated to everything from
TV shows and movies, to pop stars and rock bands.
basically anything you can imagine.
if you think you are the best graphic maker there
is then don`t hesitate and apply.
we will see, who is the best of all.
please read trough the rules carefully. there is
a codeword which you will have to include in your
application.
remember - DO NOT click the JOIN button on top of the page.

applying
001. to apply, comment in the application post and follow the rules below.
002. introduce yourself at the beginning of the application.
your name/where do you post your work/how long have you been making icons -
that all goes there.
003. along with info about yourself post 5-10 icons you consider your best.
i`ll look through them and decide if you are right for the community or not.
004. you will be invited to join the community if you are approved. so don`t
forget to check your Invites.
005. if you are not invited to join, don`t be upset. probably you will recieve
constructive criticism, which will, hopefully, help you improve. you can
re-apply once you feel you`ve made progress.
006. please, include the best in your application somewhere, so i`d
know you have read the rules.
submitting entries
each week you will be given a challenge with picture(s), theme or lyric.
you will have to make either icon(s) or banner/header out of the provided
material. at the end of the week voting will be put up and after a few
days, depending on the amount of the votes, results will be posted.
001. Your submissions can not be animated!
002. All icons must meet lj icon standarts (100x100px, 40Kb).
003. Your icons can`t be something you`ve previously made with
a similar picture.
004. icons must be submitted in a comment to the current weeks post,
including the image source(url)

001. you will have to vote for three icons you like the best.
002. you may not vote for your own icons or ask your friends to do so.
003. anonymous votes will not be counted.
004. there may be special awards given in different challenges.
