welcome to charmcontest
a non-animated charmed icon contest community.

every week a lyric, picture(s), or base will be provided
and participants will have to make icons out of it.
you will need a host that allows remote linking,
so make sure your icons are on a relieable server.
if you don`t have one try
PHOTOBUCKET.
icons must be submitted in a comment to the current weeks post,
including the image source(url).

>>Your submissions can not be animated!
>>No voting for yourself.
>>All icons must meet lj icon standarts (100x100px, 40Kb).
>>Your icons can`t be something you`ve previously made with a similar picture.
Also, you can not add other images to the icons.

From now on there is no strict time line.
Each challenge will have a different one depending on what
you will have to do in that exact challenge.
Also the voting time may varie, seeing how many votes are there.

>>You will have to vote for three icons you like the best.
>>You may not vote for your own icons or ask your friends to do so.
>>Anonymous votes will not be counted.
>>There may be special awards given in different challenges.
