Five things about me that are ordinary.
- I am quite partial to hot tea. It sooths me.
- Migraines frequently plague me. They have since I was much, much younger.
- I despise feeling under the weather and it takes a decree from one with a higher rank to get me into sickbay.
- At times I fear my own mortality as most do.
- Classical music can oftentimes cure my battle with insomnia.
Five things about me that are special.
- My heart is, in the most literal sense, artificial. In its place is a parthenogenetic implant due to a reckless confrontation when I was much younger.
- For years I have had the pleasure of being Captain of the flag ship of the Federation. I can honestly say that I’ve lived my dream.
- I was once assimilated by the Borg and remember every moment of it. Some of the parts they used are still inside of me.
- There are not many who can say that they had a clone made of them. I am in this exclusive club, something which I had nothing to do with.
- The only time that I ever truly felt as if I had accomplished something beyond Starfleet, wasn’t anything real. It was actually the memories of a man named Kamin from the Ressik society which had been destroyed 1,000 years prior to my experience. |

I'm a father
I am getting gray
I hate traffic jams

I fall asleep when I lay on the couch.
The special things:
I have a photographic memory
I am still an expert marksman without depth perception
I've escaped the "inescapable" prisons
I can sense changes in the weather and elevation
I have no sense of time passing. |

I've set research precedents in several fields of theoretical and applied mathematics.
I survived being attacked by a Tyrannosaur.
My IQ is roughly 155-160 averaged over the three tests. (Interesting despite the known disparity in the results of an IQ test)
I have a uncanny ability to predict events accurately.
I've been awarded 5 separate degrees. |

4 : I have a boring 'day job' that involves lots of paper work and boring meetings.

1 : I have nearly white eyes, equipped with...well...night vision.
2 : If you are nearby, I can hear your heart beating.
3 : I have a cloned daughter. I did not give birth to my child or consent to her creation.
4 : At night I hunt and kill dangerous supernatural creatures.
5 : I am one of two vampires of my kind that can walk in the sunlight. |

♦ As most Americans are, I’m addicted to coffee.
♦ Both of my parents are doctors and so am I. My brother’s the one who through outside the box.

♦ I can’t sing on key unless I’m singin’ in a group.

♦ Most people are very negative. I’m not.
♦ I’m gay and I have the best husband in the world. He makes me feel special.

- I work a lot.
- Sleep is hard to find most of the time.
- Paying bills is one of my least favorite things to do.
- I have a dog.
- Working out is major stress relief for me.

- I’m a part of the BAU team, not many people can say that.
- Flip houses on the side. Not a whole lot of people do that either.
- I’m bi-racial. My mom is white and my dad was African American.
- My sisters say I’m special cause I’m the baby of the three of us and boy have I milked that my whole life.
- I teach Judo classes at the FBI.

Five Ordinary Things
1) I have green eyes?
2) I got pretty ordinary GCSEs and A levels (mostly Bs and Cs for GCSE, ABB at A level)
3) I want a part-time job, much like every other student in the world ;]
4) I live in a flatshare with ... probably three other people, though I've only seen one of them very fleetingly since I moved in (all right, that might not be that ordinary. Is it me??)
5) I'm an exchange student, and a lot more nervous about being thousands of miles away from home than I'll let on in public.
Five Things That Make Me a Speshul Snowflake
1) I'm the only bloke I know (though not the only one I know of with hair more than half-way down his back...
2) ...and I can french-plait it from the front right down and into a normal plait by myself (hey, I have female friends who were impressed by that).
3) I can speak Welsh, Latin and English fluently (though my Latin's a bit rusty), and read and speak a bit of Ancient Greek.
4) I designed both of my tattoos myself, plus did the paper lineart and shading for two of my mates.
5) ...I'm really not all that special, to be honest. Erm, I can play violin to Grade 8 standard, does that count?

I'm taking up Fine Arts.
I'm graduating college this year (HE-YULL YEE-UH!).
I'm a working student.
I wanna be a rockstar.
I don't believe in myself as much as my grandma would want me to.
Special
Since I was twelve, my grandma (the one who's still alive) has been sending me albums of bands she thinks I'll like (like when Fever first came out, she sent it to me and I didn't even know who Panic! was then. Needless to say, I became one of the first real fans, and still am) randomly.
I'm a member of Flame.
Torch University still accepted me even if they offered the Rachel Marie Underwood Scholarship four years ago. P.S., my scholarship's still a full one.
I got to study in UP as a scholar. My building burned down before my third year there ended. It's why Lola Ming's dead.

Aunt Yorga's "tremblin' eggplant custard." It's hard to even say it, now, and not vomit.
"Give ya a dollar, ta take one bite," my sister taunted. I was ten. She was thirty and depraved.
"Okay," I said, and sank a spoon deep into the yellow smoole, closed my eyes, held my breath. Then the tremblin' hit my tongue, and the next three hours were spent trying to upchuck everything above my anus.
The next week I hitch-hiked to the coast. "Ten's a little young, to be livin' on your own," people said.
"It's a lifetime, in Yorga-custard years," I'd reply. |
