AboutI started this community out of a desire to make the world a better place somehow. I hope that like-minded people join.
This is a community that promotes diversity, cultural awareness, acceptance, and respect among other things.
Through this community, people of all ages, cultures, religions, and ethnicities can join together not only to try to "save the world" but also to discuss the issues in your life related to the previously mentioned things and other topics like it.
My goal is to see this community expand beyond LiveJournal. I have been an LJ user for almost 3 years and I have seen it grow tremendously. LJ can be used as a tool for people who have it in their hearts to right the wrongs and fight for what they believe in. Hopefully this community can expand out farther into the web and into the real world. I am also looking for truly dedicated people who are interested in developing and maintaining a website, and perhaps helping to develop and create materials to distribute and perhaps sell to the public to help promote charities that support the same things this community supports.
