-- make the "Make default" box be checked by default when you have no
userpics (for new users uploading their first picture)

-- fix bogus variable name

-- userpic factory updates: remove no-longer-relevant warnings/wording

Not sure if this was just a glitch, or testing...

Last night, sometime around 3 am Mountain time, The Upload box in the Userpics section was at the top of the list, rather than at the bottom of the page. I actually found this convenient, (having 50+ usericons.) Is there any way it'll come back, or not?

i noticed it too and was all excited that the userpicfactory was finished.
apparently it's still being worked on and it was a fluke.

i think they updated the code, but forgot to set the flag to disable the factory. something like that.

yay for uneducated guesses.

Hey, Brad, is this code live yet? The "Make default" box still seems to be checked even though I have several user pictures...
