AboutThe Celebrity Death Toll Update was started by Mike Fireball after he noticed that famous people drop like flies. Started on September 12, 2003, with the near-simultaneous demises of country legend Johnny Cash, comedy legend John Ritter, & the guy who did Captain Murphy's voice on Sealab 2021. Since then, when someone famous enough buys the farm, the Celebrity Death Toll Update is here to cover it. Or out doing something more important than being on the internet, thereby warranting 50 comments about how much I suck because "I didn't see this."
