Welcome to celeb_istills.
Anyone can join and enter, as long as you follow the rules.

There are tons of celebrities out there and it's hard to find a celebrity you all like so every week, there will be a poll with 5 male and 5 female celebrities and you can choose your favorites of each gender and the ones who win will be the celebrities of the next challenge.

There's always going to be a challenge of both gender so you can choose to either submit icons for one of them or both. For Voting, there will be a poll for each celebrity so in the end there will be 6 winners if there are enough icons, as well as a Mod's Choice for each gender.

Monday: Challenge Posted
Wednesday AM: Reminder Posted
Friday: Icons due by 10PM CENTRAL TIME
Friday PM - Sunday PM: Voting
Sunday Night: Winners Announced

*You're allowed to submit up to 3 icons of each gender.
*No animations allowed. This is a stillness community.
*Follow the rules of each challenge.
*Questions are encouraged and welcome.
*Your icons need to fit LJ's size standards (100x100px, 40kb, or smaller)
*Do not use icons that have already been posted elsewhere.
*Don't use the icon your entering until after the challenge.
*Host your image on Photobucket or Tinypic ONLY!
*Post your icons to the screened challenge post.

*Don't vote for yourself, ever.
*Don't ask people to vote for you.
*Please use your judgement and vote for icons that deserve to win.
*Votes are weighed, so make sure you vote for your favorites IN ORDER!!!!!
*In case of a tie, the winner will be the icon with the most 1st place votes.

A person CAN win more than one place unless specified; with the exclusion of Mod's choice. For instance, if one person submits two icons and wins first and second they will get both first and second places.

Mod's choice will always be someone who did NOT place in the contest.

*Be Nice and kind. NO FLAMING ALLOWED!
*Feel free to give feedback on icons you think need improving.
*If you want to use someone's icon, ask them first.
*Do not Hotlink. Ever.
