Each challenge will feature a new celebrity
Awards will include top three and a mods choice

RULES
1. Submit the number of icons provided in that challenge
2. Icons must fit LJ standards (40kb & 100x100 pixels)
3. Text, animation, & blending will vary each challenge
4. Only use the pictures provided in the challenge
5. Include the image and url of icons when submitting them
6. Once you submit your icons, you may NOT change them
7. Work must be your own, do not use tutorials
8. Do not show your icons until the challenge ends
If you would like, you may take a poll to tell us what celebs
you want to make icons of. Please do that here
