Welcome to the Celebrity Icon Challenge Community!

There will be two contests each week. One male celebrity and one female celebrity. We encourage you to enter both!

RULES
1. You may only use the cap/picture that is posted in the weekly challenge post. You don't have to use the full picture though, you can crop and edit it however you like.

2. Only one entry per challenge per week per person, and anyone can enter.

3. Animation is permitted, though you may only use the image provided.

4. Brushes are permitted. But please credit if you used brushes by someone, so we don't you've used another image.

5. Icon must meet Livejournal size. No more than 40K, and no larger than 100x100 pixels. Only JPG, GIF, and PNG formats.

SUBMITTING
There will be a designated post each week for you to submit your entries in the form of a comment. All entries must be submitted to the designated post, or it will not be included in the voting.

TIMELINE
You will always have at least one week to get your entries in. Depending on whether we have enough submissions, the time may be extended. We will try to keep the submission period Monday through Friday, that way voting can take place on the weekend. Please keep in mind that his schedule is NOT guaranteed.

VOTING
A post will be done by either of the moderators. The post will include all of the sumbissions. They will be numbered and in no order. We will then have a poll in which you enter the number of the icon you would like to vote for. Voting for yourself is not allowed.

There will be winners for first, second, and third places, in addition to the Most Unique and Most Eye Catching which will be chosen by the moderators.

WINNERS
Winners of the weekly challenge will be given a banner made by Jara,

again.
