Celebrity Icontest
Cceleb_icontest is an icon making challenge where you compete with other icon makers. Every week, we have a new contest featuring different celebrities that you have to make an icon of. The better icon wins, you can win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, or Mod's choice. But remember, this is only an icon challenge, have fun !

Rules
1. If you join, you better enter ! I want this community to be active.
2. When it's time to vote, please do not vote for yourself. That's actually considered cheating.
3. Also, do not tell others to vote for you. Again, it's cheating, and if you do, it just takes away the fun.
4. Please make all the icons you submit yourself. If you won, that wouldn't be fair to others who actually worked hard to make their icons.
5. Only use the images I provide for you.
6. Also when voting, only vote the amount I tell you to vote for. If you vote over or less, you will be warned.
7. Icons must be .gif or .jpg I guess you could use .png, but that's a major space killer =/
8. Do not take any icons unless you have the permission of the creator.
