At first, it seemed as though they put Steven's face on someone else's body (although Steven has a hot body). But when we asked him, he confirmed, " I have been working out like Crazy, that is my real body and honestly it is barely photo shopped, I really look like that ;)" Kudos on the results!

NOT NAKED BUT NOT SAFE FOR WORK! )

Adam’s “parents also have agreed to be responsible for him as he receives the treatment as a condition of his release. Jasinksi’s $200,000 bond was secured by his parents’ home and his own three Florida properties.”

BOSTON – The winner of the CBS reality television show "Big Brother 9" was ordered on Tuesday to undergo substance abuse counseling at a Massachusetts treatment center before being released on bail on drug charges.

Adam Jasinski, of Delray Beach, Fla., has pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempting to sell 2,000 pills of oxycodone, the main active ingredient in OxyContin and other painkillers.

A federal agent testified that the 31-year-old Jasinski told him he'd been selling thousands of the pills every month in Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

A judge ruled Tuesday that Jasinski can be released on bail to his parents' custody, but only after he successfully completes a program at an unnamed residential treatment center in Massachusetts.

Prosecutors had asked that Jasinski be held without bail as he awaits trial.

The order from U.S. Magistrate Judge Leo Sorokin requires Jasinski to post three properties he owns and requires his parents to post their home to secure his appearance in court. The order does not specify how long Jasinski must stay in the substance abuse treatment program, but said he must return to court for a hearing before he is released to his parents' custody.

Jasinski's lawyer, Valerie Carter, said Jasinski and his parents are pleased with the order "because the judge has essentially found that Adam is not either a danger to the community or a risk of flight."

Charged With Dealing Oxycodone

A reality television show star is in trouble with the law in Massachusetts, charged with flying to the Bay State to sell oxycodone pills.

Adam Jasinski, last year’s winner of the CBS show “Big Brother,” was charged today in U.S. District Court in Boston with possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute. He was ordered held in custody until another hearing Thursday.

FOX Undercover’s camera was at the North Reading police station early this morning capturing exclusive video of Jasinski being loaded into a police vehicle for his day in court. He was arrested there on Saturday night, just hours after flying into Logan Airport to allegedly sell oxycodone.

Authorities say in court papers that Jasinski had nearly 2,000 oxycodone pills on him when he flew from his home in Delray Beach, Florida to Logan Airport. A Massachusetts man arrested for allegedly dealing drugs earlier this month picked him up at the airport. The two then drove to a strip mall parking lot in North Reading to allegedly complete the deal, but DEA agents busted him there.

Authorities say Jasinski, whose nickname is “Baller,” flew into Massachusetts with drugs hiding in his pants. Jasinski allegedly confessed that he had been selling thousands of oxycodone pills all along the East Cost over the past several months, and had been funding his enterprise with the $500,000 price he won from the “Big Brother Season 9” show.

If convicted, Jasinski faces up to 20 years imprisonment and a $1 million fine
