Due to extreme technical difficulties (some of which are beyond this Captain's taxed mental capacities to reason out without way-beyond-healthy amounts of alcohol), the Featured Story of the Year poll has been recreated here.  I am so sorry for all the delay and confusion over this -- and further apologies to everyone who voted in the original poll.

This poll will run through Thursday, 15 January 2009 @ 1159 EST, with the winners of this and of the Featured Artist of the Year announced Wednesday, 21 January 2009.
