AboutAll self injurers could use some help. We need help before we start cutting. Before it gets too bad. And when it is too bad.
But in my experience, I needed the most help when I was busted. My therapy and meds are crazy, and I just want to be left alone.
This community is for any help anyone needs regarding self injury, but mainly coping with the "help" people think they are giving you when they find out.
Feel free to say anything at all regarding SI, your treatment, or reasons you SI. We answer questions and if you need to, the community is always open to talk to.
No one knows exactly what you're going through, but trust me, a fuckload of us can get pretty close.
