Payment Details

♥Items not paid within the stipulated deadline (max. of 2 days) will be put up for sale again thereafter without prior notice.
♥Payment can be made to POSB/DBS or UOB accounts through electronic transfer (ATM or iBanking), direct cash deposit or cash cheque
♥Sending cold hard cash by mail to our address is at buyers own risk

Should you be granted a refund (due to product defects etc), we will request pictures/proof. These exchanges must be completed within 10 days or refunds will be forfeited. We will only refund the cost of the item , any additional cost incurred for postage will not be refunded.

Items are made with tender loving care and meticulously sourced for your pleasure and we hope that you will be satisfied with the effort we put in to bring you unique items you won't be able to find elsewhere.

That said, purchasing our items is at buyer's discretion and we are not liable for any dicrepancies you may find. Please ask all questions and clarify all doubts before purchasing items.

When will I receive my items?
We work on a first pay first serve basis. Once payment has been made, drop us an email with the transaction reference. Please allow up to 3 days for us to mail out your end. From there, please allow up to 1 week. We really cannot give you a definite time and day as this is up to Singpost.

I haven't received an item that I purchased. What do I do?
All items are sent out through Singpost and in the even that a package gets lost (give it a week at least), we will do our best to find it. This entails emailing Singpost to enquire about it. However at the end of the day, if Singpost cannot account for the lost package, neither can we as we have stated in our conditions that we are not responsible for lost mail. It is up to buyers to decide if they want to opt for registered mail, so to play safe, always opt for it!

Got discount? Can it be cheaper?
All prices are fixed! Do not haggle! Discounts are offered where applicable and watch out for our SALES because prices are slashed and you can get great bargains at unbelievable prices! Occasionally we throw in some freebies into your package as well! :)

Do i get any benefits from joining the mailing list?
The mailing list was specially created for non-Livejournal users such that they would get updates on items.
You want to be on it because you'll be the first to hear of exclusive, one of a kind pieces that you just might miss!
Occasionally, we retail some of our products, such as clearance items to those on the mailing list only.
