Whoa, Japanese Pokemon games are like... entirely in katakana. The moment I memorize all the kana (I only know about half), and I'll be able to blast through it. I knew it's doable, it's just Pokemon after all, but being able to give my Pokemon goofy kana nicknames is v v important.
Shoot, I want a second DS. I have a Manaphy waiting, and I want to try more Underground features, and being able to trade Pokemon with myself would be awesome. Problem is, the fuckers ain't cheap and I don't really need one. Hahah, if I could get away with paying less than S50 for one I'd be pleased. Or a second-hand one for free! That's cooler.
You know what's cooler though? An original Charizard card. If I'm really going to waste my money on something I don't need, that's what I'd really want to waste it on. *nods* Most people on eBay try to sell it for very little nowadays, though. Well, most people. There's still insane shit like this auction. Pfft, like I'd pay $180 for a bloody Pokemon card. So what if it's first edition. When I was little I wanted a first edition card, but by now I know I just want a nice holofoil Base Set Charizard, no need to be so fancy about it.
*checks package status on the Israel Post website* Sent to the US on October 8th... but I know that already! Do something new, box! Like, arriving at the US, that's new! I hope it does just that by the evening, I'm anxious.

Well I'm not really a troll, but I just made so many snide comments on the Serebii message board elections thread and it felt a bit like trolling. I mean, I didn't make fun of Palin or the McCain supporters in the thread, but... I'm snarky and smug. But not like Bill O'Reilly, I'd never forgive myself. The fella who contributes the most to the thread is rather benign for a devout Republican, but I think the poor thing watches too much of those lying bastard Fox News' programming. Or is just an idiot. It's like... hon, check your facts and look at the polls, if you keep pretending you'll be really disappointed come November.
Speaking of November, hooray~! Local elections just a month away! I'll get to vote for the very first time! =D And exactly a week before that is the American elections, so I expect to have a hilarious month, politically speaking.
It'll be less hilarious if Tzipi Livni doesn't manage to form a coalition in the allotted 42 days. I'm really hoping to get to vote for the general elections on March! (Before my sister's old enough hahah)
I'm all political-like. Maybe I need a political icon?
(I also saw there's a club there for Muslims and I looked, but I ended up closing the tab quickly because I'm terrified of ultra-religious people like that. Even if they act nice and want to promote peace, it's just... stop having primitive beliefs or something. I hate religion. D=)

Yay! My tablet that I ordered a few days ago in the mail arrived just yesterday! I love it so much :O I really should be working on homework but this thing is way too addictive. <3
I also started donating blood today! My dad has been doing it since he was 20 so I decided that I will start too, now that I'm old enough. All I have to say is HOLY SH*T is the needle HUGE. :OOO It dosen't hurt though.
Gaaaah, I need to go find a Hallowe'en costume! I only really have time on Saturday's but lately I keep getting called into work instead. D:
I'm excited for the ghost train and going to the pumpkin patch. =D

So I totally just had the urge to finish my Roxas cosplay today.
Like finish...
It needs some touch-ups but I love wal-mart and their $5 shoes that come in all colors made for modifying.
So I made the shoes and the pants and made everything a little tighter-ish?
And then went out and took pictures with Jer's Axel.

But this is the breakdown.

To get there is about 10 hours and 40 minutes.
I'm thinking we would show up late afternoon on Friday. (3:00-4:00)
We'd probably stay at a Super 8 or the Ramada.
Knowing this: if we show up late on Friday then the whole weekend, excluding food and gas, is about $210. Not. Bad.
Now of course, if we go to get there on Thursday night... then the trip will, excluding food and gas, cost $257?
So depending on what we have could depend on when or if we get there.

For cosplay plans, we pretty much are gonna do KH all weekend.
There will be a lot of KH people. Yes I know this. But not from 1. We like doing 1 justice. And we'll Do Axel Roxas justic by showing they are FRIENDS and not be like those crazy people.
I have been wanting to wear my Roxas so bad. So we'll see what is gonna happen.
Possibly throw in some Chrno Crusade depending on when we get there....

Pointing and calling Obama "that one" is a little childish.
Also dissing him after everything he says when Obama just corrects McCain because wow... he looked really effing dumb when he said Obama was gonna raise taxes when he specifically said he was DOING A TAX CUT! And he repeated himself. More power to Obama for that.
Also his humor is so distasteful.
I also don't appreciate seeing on the TV the ads that are dissing Obama when he really is telling the truth!
It was all "Obama is planning on cutting off funds for our troups and here is what he thinks about it.." he said plainly that our troups were going in other countries and destorying and killing for no reason. Then it said that it was "dishonor". >_<

So I have been getting tons of commissions.
Uhm I take pride in my work and I feel skilled compared to... others?
Which is why I am getting business...
And well. I charge cheap and I work with high quality.
I refuse, from here on out, to cut and style hair that is of a real person.
Do not go and tell me that you LOVE it so far with an in progress picture...
Then when it shows up you say it is not right and that you want a refund because it's pointless and not what you expected. You need to understand it is NOT real hair. It's a wig and cannot be bleached and dyed to your desire.

You take on the responsability of commissioning me and trusting that person.
So it was the mistake of the buyer.
That is why it is called COMMISSIONING!

So. My cat Mystic suddenly got an injured eye and it got infected. It's been that way for about a month, and I thought that maybe she just got in a fight, hurt it, and it got a little infection. I was trying to treat it on my own by cleaning it with a warm rag and applying Teramycin antibiotic eye ointment to it, but she wasn't responding so I stopped the ointment and only used the rag.
Brandon's mom saw it and felt bad for her and arranged to take her to see a low cost (insert sneer and sarcastic statement here) vet to see what was wrong.
So we took her today, and the vet told us she had gotten a piece of grass or something lodged in her eye and it was rubbing up on her eyeball and that's what was causing the infection. He told us it would have to be removed (obviously) and they would have to keep her overnight to sedate her and remove it and then monitor her reactions until we picked her up tomorrow.
We were kind of dreading hearing the cost mainly because Brandon's mom was paying for it and she could only afford inside the $200 range, and I couldn't pay anything at the moment because I have my first half of the monthly rent due soon and it's kind of a lot, so I don't have the money to go spending away until the first half is paid.
We asked what would have to be done. He tells us she will be lightly sedated, the object will be removed, and then they wanted to put her on antibiotic pills, and ointment, and another ointment to releive pain. Then she would have to come back in two weeks for a follow up to make sure her eyesight isn't damaged. All that on top of having to pay $14.00 for a cone collar so she doesn't mess with it. We foolishly asked the price then. And, of course, the chicken-shit doctor couldn't even tell us the estimate himself, he leaves and sends in a nurse to tell us. DX
448 FUCKING DOLLARS?!?!!! DDX TO REMOVE A PIECE OF GRASS?!?! FUCK THAT.
So me and Brandon's mom get teary eyed cause we can't afford it, so the nurse says she'll go ask the doctor if there's any way we could have it reduced. She comes back to tell us that they could do the removal and simply put her on the two ointments and have the cone put on and not have to do the follow up or pills, but that was still $348.00!!! We still couldn't do it, until I broke down and called my mom to ask her if she could help us at all. (And I HATE asking my mom for money, especially THAT much, for ANYTHING)
Thankfully she could afford to help with $150.00 of it (that I'm paying back to her) and we were able to go ahead and have my cat treated, but WHAT THE FUCK.
WHERE IN GOD'S NAME DO THEY GET OFF CHARGING THAT MUCH TO REMOVE A DAMN PIECE OF FUCKING GRASS?!?!?!?! DXX
SHIT. I mean I do care if her eyesight is damaged by this, but she's obviously been seeing just fine with it being all gooped up and stuck shut for month, so how bad could it honestly be once it's all removed and cleared up? Even if she ends up blind in that eye she can still see just fine. She isn't running into walls or anything so I think it's safe to say that she CAN see.
FUCK MAN. Why in the name of all that is holy do these fucking people get away with that? It's a damned CAT, not a human being. It isn't like they're doing laser surgery, either. They're just sedating her, then reaching in and plucking it out. Simple as that!
Supid fucking over-paid fucktards. What the hell man?! I just... GAHAHH. DX
It shouldn't even cost that much to fix a human's eye with that problem, in fact I know it doesn't, so why the fuck does the government allow it to be that much for a CAT?!?!
...............*sigh* Okay. I feel slightly better now. /rant.
Though this is gonna MURDER my Christmas/Wedding savings.

The Yuna costume got even cheaper. And I bought it.
No lie.
$57... Yeah. A $13 difference. And I don't think it'll get lower.
Just when it gets here it'll need so adjustments to be more accurate.
Just adding the ropes to the obi and the beads hanging down from the flower.
Also a wig and boots. POSSIBLY the rod. That would be awesome.

I am so happy, and to tell you the truth, this is the first costume I ever bought. o_o
It's nice to take a break.
