| The Story |
| Fate wore the face of a bad man for seven year old Melayna Fulton. Her life balanced in the hands of this soulless creature, though it would be years before she truly understood this. Her parents murdered, and her forster parents slaughtered, it seemed fate had stolen everything...even her humanity. She became a vicious mongrel obeying orders sent by moonlight; and the demon. The two of them (wolf and demon) left a bloody back trial leading back to the day he claimed her as his own. The day fate woke her from pleasant dreams and never let her sleep again. It wasn't planned. He was the hunter and she was the prey; a play thing for the big cat to bat around at his liking. Davidson, the man, the demon, became a lover. What they shared was raw and hungry. It tasted sweet and left them bitter. When he should have killed her he had bed her, and she had loved him with a sick desire only the two of them would ever know. It was good and it was evil in the thralls of perfect passion. Neither of them knew if she would live now. To birth the product of demon and man, wolf and woman, no one could have prepared them for this. No one could have told him he would now run to the screams that beckoned him. She was dying. The only thing left for him to save was the tiny piece of herself she was forced to leave behind. Offspring. |
