Sounds like a good idea, you should get the time this is expected to happen and an update on the donations listed somewhere. I'll be commuting from my house so I don't wanna show up late or miss the event.

I live in the area, if you plan on buying booze for the bar I'd recommend Rite-Aid since it's real close to the hotel. Irvine has some expensive prices but Rite-Aid and Bev-Mo! usually have sales. If you're not familiar with the area I could give you directions from the hotel.
