And please don't put forth an application without reading through the rules on the site.MODS cup_of_smexcake_is_a_bangStory Based on the manga Cafe Kichijouji de by Kyoko Negishi and Yuki Miyamoto They say the food's great at Cafe Akatsuki. But be warned... they're serving up a plate full of insanity. Five waiters with clashing personalities work the cafe floor, but even the simplest of tasks turn into unadulterated madness. With two quirky cooks, a crazy su chef and only two managers, mayhem is guaranteed. Hungry yet? Please, take a seat and get ready for a meal you will never forget. Welcome, to Cafe Akatsuki. Rules 1) NO DRAMA Keep your Out Of Character Drama exactly that: out of character. One too many RPs have been taken down by Drama and we wont have it here. If you have issues with another player sort it out quickly and quietly amongst yourselves, or get a mod to do it for you. 2) Make a satire out of your character! Don't take them too seriously. This community is for humor. (and all-round epic-ness) 3) Stay in character; be true to the original characters while following rule #2 4) Remember the RP takes place in RL Japan. This means no use of jutsu. 5) Character limit is one Per person sine there are only so many character available. 6) Wit and humor are a must have. Be quick and sharp; make us laugh! 7) Please stay active! Not asking for too much, just let us know you are alive every once and awhile. Sukekiyo 8) Be literate! We expect full sentences and properly formed paragraphs all with proper spelling and grammar. 9) Have fun with it! How this role play works Within this RP you'll find three kinds of posts (We ask that in the subject line you put a header labeling what kind of post it it please~) Action Log - This is a regular role play post. You write in third person here. You can use this when you want characters to physically interact with each other and for important events. Chat Log - Logs created when the players role play over MSN or AIM, usually of the humorous nature. Journal Post - Usually written in your character's personal LiveJournal, but we encourage you to post them to the main community instead. In these posts, you write in first person and your characters usually are only speaking through messages or other means. These posts can contain anything from a simple "Don't go into the washroom, something exploded in there." to pictures. They're not necessarily face to face. OOC Post - Used when saying/announcing something out of character (eg. a hiatus, suggestion, idea, or just random comments). Make sure to put OOC in the subject line.
