[how did you get into egl?] I can't really remember... Probably through my fascination with Japanese and Asian cultures
[anything else] I'm Chinese... So just so you. I have not a single lolita dress, but I'm hoping to get one very soon. I'm also into punk-rock/visual-kei/biker and that stuff, but my mom would probably burn me off the family tree and think my brain had been fried if I ever wore anything like that...
So that's me! Hope I get to know you guys better in the future!

Hi I was wondering if any Sac loli's were interested in doing a group order with me.
There are a few things I want from fanplusfriend.com but the shipping prices are pretty insane.
There needs to be $650 worth of merchandise sold to get free shipping, and I am way far from that so I was wondering if anyone would be interested?
As long as you are somewhat near me, I could drive the items to your house [but I would probably add on a couple bucks for gas - because it's insane :o]
I probably wont be doing this for about a month, I'm waiting for one of their new items to go in the shop so I can get it, but I'd like to know if there is even an interest.

We would like to annouce that Celga and Clothing-Drop will be attending Anime Expo 2008.
Please come visit our booth which is planned to be directly across from the Gaia and Nexon booths!
This year Celga and Clothing-Drop will be hosting a lolita mini-boutique- on Thursday and Friday of Anime Expo (though it may extend Saturday and Sunday as well). Please come by and say hi!! We will be bringing many of our online stock from Clothing-Drop so here is a chance to see some of our items in person and some new stock as well!

I was just curious to know if any Bay Area lolis (in particular, if anyone's around Santa Clara/San Jose etc) would want to check out the Lace Museum in Sunnyvale sometime soon? I know it's not really in a major location like SJ or SF, but I thought I might give it a shot and ask.
There's no admission fee. It sounds like it might be pretty neat, maybe inspiring - and if we don't spend much time there, and anyone else is interested, we can go out for tea at the nearby Peet's or something. :3
edit: there's also the Alice in Wonderland exhibit at the Discovery Museum in SJ. Has anyone seen it or want to see it?
