I will allow a certain amount of customer service related discussion, "what ifs?" and such. Don't push it. Meta-snark is also allowed as long as it isn't grudge snark. 2) This community is WORK SAFE - in other words, NO NSFW ICONS. Use of them is automatic banning. No second chances.
