:8: No person can win more than one place unless specified; with the exception of Mod's choice or other extra voting choices, such as best use of text, crop, ect. (I.E.:If one person submits two icons and wins first and second they will get first place but not second.)
How much is too much color? Any more color in your image than is represented by the red areas in these examples and you're using a bit much color. Of course, less color is very very good. There are no color nazis; these are guidelines; use your best judgement. I will let you know if I think, with respect to these guidelines, your entry has too much color; but, they're intended to help participants judge how much is too much. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
