I really enjoyed making the post and hope you all will enjoy a little flashback with me. It was really great looking at the old pictures again.

What I Go To School For single

Hey everyone,
I'm hoping there's still some life in this community! I just got the What I Go To School For single, and on the back it says that there's a Radio Version, Album Version, and Video (14:39). Now... I absolutely did not see fourteen minutes worth of video. I accessed the enhanced CD and saw the music video and this other odd little thing that was called "Box talk" or something like that, but even those combined do not make up fourteen minutes. I tried looking on the CD, I opened up the contents by right-clicking on the CD drive and selecting "Explore" but I couldn't find anything.

Did anyone else have any luck?

I hope every single one of you is going to buy Matt's single tomorrow. Doesn't matter if you aren't from the UK, buy it on HMV.com or something!!
For those who are buying it tomorrow/this week, when you buy the two singles, try and buy them in separate stores or get separate purchases cuz that way it counts as separate sales :)

Can you believe it's been a year.. One whole year since we got that devestating news. In their honour I would like to share with you a "little" picspam (no pictures under 1000 pixels).

Well I was thinking, each year they have the previous winners come and perform.... I wish Busted would come back.... or Matt and James at least.... they could just do an acoustic number or something. Meh.

They should have made them sign a contract so they HAD to come back and perform :P

Boy band supremo, James Bourne, has broken his silence on the subject of ex-bandmate Charlie Simpson, angrily declaring: “He cost us millions.”

Greedy Bourne has slammed Simpson for leaving Busted while they were still at the top of their game, snarling: “We missed out on a fortune, millions of pounds each. Matt and I were devastated .” Money grabbing little fuckers.

He continued to the Sun: “We were having the biggest party of our lives. Then Charlie suddenly turned the lights on and it was time to go home.”

“We begged him not to. Then we pressured him into doing a Press conference.”

The snivelling shyster revealed: “The night before I dreamed Charlie would dramatically change his mind in front of the media…Then we could have cashed in on the publicity and got even bigger.”

“Then I woke up and realised we were breaking up. It’s odd because it happened when we were massive…We could easily have milked it for another year and still gone out with a bang.”

Fit Charlie’s departure left a massive hole in his oafish bandmates lives; not only has whiny Bourne turned into a bitter little bastard – but Matt suffered so badly he had to check into The Priory. Gutted.

Would somebody please like to tell me why James has turned into such a cunt? Actually, "cunt" is a bit strong... I know this is from The Sun so they've blatently twisted it every which way, yada yada yada. But the more interviews I see him do since he formed SOD, the more I feel like slapping him. He's totally up his own arse these days.

I admit, I enjoy a laugh over a good fake sometimes. But is this TOO good of a fake?
What do you think? Really him? I had my doubts in the beginning.. but.. I mean, there's a picture of him holding a SIGN. It looks real to me, I don't know a lot about Photoshop but my friend does, (if someone faked it - that's a REALLY good sign.), it looks handwritten. Plus, it doesn't say ANYTHING about him being in Busted, or famous, looks like he's just trying to make some friends. The pictures.. well, there's no Busted photoshoots or anything. He looks like a regular guy.

So.. him or not?

.. if it is matt, he seems really cool. Down-to-earth, more than I thought he would be anyway. He seems like an awesome dude.

I'm kind of weird about my girls. I like odd things. I like odd girls.

Oh yeah, and try not to flood him with messages/friend requests. If it is him.. which I'm sorta convinced it is.. he obviously doesn't want a ton of people messaging him, right? Especially not you teenies, I know you're out there. And I hate you.

Pah! busted.com (and, worryingly, The Sun, who beat busted.com to the news) says Son Of Dork it is. The gang of sods' single is out on November 7th, lets hope it's a good 'un.

(My rant) NO! NO! NO! NO! THIS IS A BAD DREAM!!!!!!! God, honestly, I think that is probably the worst band name ever. Seriously. I'm going to call them SOD, because a) that's a cooler name (and the acronym for Son Of Dork) and b) they are all sods for thinking that is a cool name. I'm gutted. Oh well, I bet their music will make up for the serious lack of thinking when it came to name. DINOSLAGGY IS BETTER THAN THIS. And it's never too late for a name change. PLEASE! (end ran)

James Bourne is a lucky sod. He has signed a huge deal with Mercury Records for new band SON OF DORK (or sod). The five piece gave a sound between James' old band Busted and Green Day, I can reveal debut single Ticket Outta Loserville is out on November 7th.

James Bourne nearly quit his pop career when a bunch of bozos auditioned for his new post-Busted band. The sharp pop songwriter found it harder than he expected to track down musicians able to match the skills of old pals Matt Willis and Charlie Simpson. So much that Jimmy B felt like throwing in the towel.
James confessed: 'I wasn't going to do another band. It's hard because I never thought I'd find the right people. Lots of really bad musicians turned up and I thought oh no, this isn't going to happen. Perseverence paid off in the end and James, who will sing and play guitar and piano with his new outfit, signed up a bassist, drummer and two guitarists.
He continued: 'I've got a really good group and we're excited about the future.' While they're still to pick a name, James and his new chums have signed a deal with Mercury after their former A&R bloke and Popstars judge Paul Adam shifted there from Universal. James, 21, admitted: 'Coming up with the name is the hardest part. I've had a few embarassing ideas.' They need to get a wriggle on, their first gig is in Oxford on August 28. Jimbo added: 'The sound is Busted but a bit harder and rockier. I still get to jump around.'

Thank GOD he still gets to jump around!
