| About: | The BunnyFit community is for women who want to challenge themselves to get fit, while having fun and rewarding themselves for success! The idea is simple. You set a fitness challenge for youself by choosing a number of weeks, a set schedule of activites you must complete each week, and a prize for yourself if you succeed! An example of a fitness challenge would be: For the next 5 weeks, I must do:
per week. If I complete the challenge successfully, I will treat myself to a $50 shopping spree at Sephora. I discourage people from setting specific weightloss or inch loss goals, because if you do the work, you deserve the reward regardless of if you lose the pounds you hope to. It's better to do the challenge, drink water, eat right, and the figure you want will follow. If it doesn't, we're here to offer advice! You can post your challenge here, and then you can post what you accomplish either each day as you do it, or weekly. And of course we like to see pictures of/hear about your rewards when you win! You can also post inspirational photos, discuss diet and exercise regimes, and of course get support during your challenge and lots of warm fuzzies and congratulations when you complete it! | ||
