I'm not sure if they do questions regarding certain icons. We just post icons, here. Did you check the communities archives? There are icon posts here everyday. You should be able to find something.

Yeah, look through the archives--I'm sure you'll find tons! I have one from "Surprise"--feel free to snag it from my userpics as long as you credit the creator.

Browse through the entries,perhaps someone has tagged some of them.
Also,check out www.fanpop.com, search Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and there are fan pages for just Buffy and Angel,or you could search "Bangel"...there's literally hundreds of icons on that site.
