Buffy Icon Requests and Questions

Hey, there.

I was wondering if you could help me; I had an icon saved on my computer, but it looks like my brother deleted it by accident :( It was of Xander lighting Spike's cigarette in the episode Spiral, I think it was? Anyway, it had really beautiful colouring and it was taken from Xander's side, so you could see Spike's face and Xander's back. I've had trouble finding it again, so I was just wondering if anyone has one that resembles that one.

If no one has the icon I'm looking for, I'd be really grateful for any icons anyone has of that particular scene :) Thank you.

Okay so I remember seeing this icon once, but can't remember who made it. It was an animated icon with Spike's quote "Cup o' tea, cup o' tea, almost got shagged, cup o' tea" over pictures of Giles drinking tea for the first two and last frame, with a still of him and Jenny for the third ("almost got shagged) frame. I was just wondering if anybody had seen it around, or something similar, or could make one.

Any help would be splendid and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is an icon I've seen around of Xander looking at his hand/fist and it said something about his "Sockpuppet of Love". It might have just said that. Any help is heavenly!

Two old icons I'm looking for. Can anyone tell me where I can find them?

1. Joss rules us all: an animated text-only gif of Angel's "Passion" monologue, with "Joss" in place of "passion".

2. Faith the Vulcan Slayer: a picture of Faith fighting a vulcan from Andrew's fantasy, with the text "Faith the Vulcan Slayer".

You have just received within the mail an invitation to a vacation - a free stay at the largest hotel in the world. With over 800 rooms, 3 indoor pools, its own mall and much more, the Toujours Hotel is more like an indoor city.

You accept the invitation. Soon after you arrive, you come to the realisation that you cannot leave. The doors to the outside world are locked, the screens on the windows are permanently installed and the glass is indestructible.

Finally, you settle down and decide to sleep. Some nights you wake up from extreme temperatures. Other nights you wake up being rained upon, snowed upon, or the room is windy.

You approach various employees to try to figure out what is going on, only to find that the employees are actually robots. They try to discourage you from asking questions. Sometimes they will come into your rooms uninvited, for some unrequested room service.

You are stuck here, for now. What will you do with yourself and your time during your seemingly permanent stay at the Toujours Hotel? Will you ever find your way out?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find an icon using the final scene from the Angel credits (Angel walking through an alley)? Or would anyone be willing to make me one, please?

Something either textless or with very little text would be wonderful. If you need screencaps, I have some on my website here (just click into any one of the 3 "credits" links).

It's my favourite scene, and I'd really love a good icon using it, but I can't seem to think of a good way to make one myself.

Hey there. I was wondering if someone knows of, or could make an icon for me of Spike laughing his head off. I've looked through www.screencaps-paradise.com, but can't seem to find just the right scene. (Mostly because I'm not 100% certain where to look in the Buffy episodes.) I'm looking for something along the lines of Buffy laughing hysterically when she finds out Harmony has minions.

If you can help that would be awesome. I'd like the text to read something like "ROFL!" but the exact wording is up to you. Please keep the text crisp and the picture bright if at all possible. :) Animated would be neat, but sooooooooo not necessary.

I actually had been hoping an icon of this sort would pop up, but... if one has I haven't seen it.

Anyway, my request is for an icon of Giles with the words "Librarians are hiding something" on it. I don't have any pictures of Giles in mind, or any specific request on how the icon should look. Just, do whatever you think would suit the phrase?

Whether someone actually makes the icon or not, kudos to anyone who gets the reference :)

I was wondering if anyone had a generic BtVS icon. I'm just looking for something that's not specific to any one character (most of mine are single characters or Spuffy). An opening title or logo icon would be cool (as an example of how generic I'm looking for).

((I hope people don't mind my posting this here...I'm a founder of the community and a mod, and am looking for people to join and RP Buffy characters...so please do!!))

Fantasy Cruise
fantasy_cruise is a multi-fandom RP community, centered around people with random winning lottery tickets stuck on a cruise ship! We welcome any fandom - anime, tv shows, books - including original characters, as long as you have an actual storyline that fits in with the fandom they are from. Crack RP is of course allowed, but please keep it to a minimum.

How it starts...
You receive a lottery ticket in the mail, and the next day find out you are a winner (Super cool!). So, you take a taxi to the docks where it says to pick up your prize and lo and behold...you get on a cruise ship!
Not long after you board, the ship sets sail. You walk around the ship and see that there's lots to do - nightclubs, doors that lead to strange places that would have no room to be there if it was a traditional ship, and a message board where people can put out ads for roommates? What type of a place is this?? And the staff - just creepy. They're dressed all Hawaiian and stuff. So you settle into your room (which strangely looks like the one you have at home) and do some more exploring...and what you find, well..that's your choice.

The News Area
fc_ads is where you will find the ads that people post for roommate requirements - if they choose to have one. The dining room theme will change daily RP time (once a week real time) and the new theme will be posted by boatbot.

Rules
(1) No drama. If you have issues with someone or something, then contact a mod. That is what we are here for. This is pretty standard for any RP community so...we modlies are sorry if you don't like it but that is how we run things.

(2) No bashing other RPers. If you have some constructive criticism, then keep it private please. It can be hurtful when someone publically bashes you - or if an application is rejected. All application comments will be screened, so if your app is rejected for whatever reason, then it will not be made public if you don't want it to, in order to ensure that no one is needlessly embarassed. =)

(3) Keep swearing to a minimum please.

(4) Try not to ooc too much in the log area! The mb community fc_ads is not just for posting ads - its also an ooc place...but please label your post as ooc in the subject if it is not an 'ad' for a roommate.

(5) BE ACTIVE - post at least once per RP day (1 week real time). Failure to not post for 4 weeks will result in your removal, unless the mods are previously notified. We understand school and RL get in the way...but taking a character just to have it and then going inactive is unfair to everyone else in the community.

(6) Promote the RP in communities please. We are small and new, but hopefully will be growing fast. =)

(7) HAVE FUN!! This is the most important part of this community - have fun, laugh, and make new friends. :D
