Welcome to BTS_Icontest, I hope you enjoy your stay and submit some icons to the
current round.

01) You must be a member of this community to be involved in anything such as
submitting and voting.
02) All submissions must be somehow related to both Blade the Series and the current
theme.
03) Submissions must be compatible with LiveJournal. [100x100 and less that 40kb]
04) You may submit three icons per round.
05) Do not advertise your icon anywhere, for example, uploading it onto LiveJournal, or
showing a friend that has the ability to vote.
06) You may not vote for your own icons or ask friends to vote specifically for you. You
may advertise that the voting is up and encourage them to come and vote for their
favourite icons.
07) Do not take someone else’s icon and claim it as your own.
08) Do not criticize icons.
9) Please don't use old icons that you've made previously.

I, as the moderator, reserve the right to disqualify any submissions that have broken
the rules.

The week’s new theme will be posted every Monday.
Submissions will be due every following Saturday.

You will be able to submit until I close the submitting post and voting has been posted.

Voters will be asked in the poll 'why' you've chosen particular icons, I've chosen to have
voters vote this way to make things fair, since this is mostly about the quality of icons
submitted as opposed to favourite ships\characters.
