I'm looking to pull up stakes from my current housing situation and move elsewhere in the area, preferably in Burlington, but the surrounding area could work, too.

Anyone looking for a nerdy roommate?

Housing for next year

Obviously selfish reason for starting this community:

Two friends and I are looking to rent a 3 bedroom apt next year (hopefully available June 2007) that's within walking distance of UVM. Two of us are abroad for the year, so it makes it a bit difficult to make the third one do all of the work. So, if anyone (well, firstly if anyone reads this) but secondly, if anyone knows of an apt that will become available then because you yourself are going abroad, or for whatever other circumstance, let us know!
