Rules/Guidelines:
Submitting icons

1) You don't have to be a member to participate, but please stick around to vote if you do participate.
2) All icons must remain annonymous until voting's done and the winners are announced. This means you can't post them anywhere: no posting them on icon comms, or using it as an icon.
3) When posting icons, you must post them with their link. It should look like this:

When You Vote

1) Don't vote for yourself.
2) Don't ask friends to vote for your icons. (By all means tell them that voting is up, but don't mention which icons are yours.)
3) Votes are weighted, so votes should be in order of prefernce.
4) The place ments are as follows:

1st Place
2nd Place
3rd Place
Mod's Choice (A related name will replace the name "Mod's Choice")
