| To the readers of forever_bsc, This is a note to inform you of a recent change in our game. We’ve decided to make this game entirely friends-only from this point on, meaning that only the players will be able to read it. We play this game for ourselves, for our own enjoyment and fulfillment. Some reader feedback over the last several months has threatened our ability to enjoy this game, and even to play it at all, and after lengthy discussion, we decided that we would rather continue the game privately. We appreciate all our readers, whether you’ve been reading a few weeks, a few months, or over a year, and we’re sorry that we won’t be able to share this any longer. We appreciate your commitment to the stories we’ve tried to tell and the characters we’ve fleshed out from the canon and tried to give life to. We’re sorry to those of you who truly enjoy reading, but we hope you can understand our need for this change. We're asking for your understanding during this difficult decision. We can assure you that this didn't come easily or hastily and has been a long process that has taken awhile to come to a final decision. We've enjoyed writing, we still do, and we want to continue doing so. We're sorry that this comes abruptly and for those of you who this is seemingly coming out of nowhere, you have our apologizes and we ask for your forgiveness. We've met some of the nicest people in this fandom and we hope that you won't prove us wrong. This isn't a post to ignite drama or controversy; rather it's a post to stop any of that and to allow us to continue to take pleasure in the game that we are playing for our own enjoyment. Again, thank you for the time we've had and thank you again for you understanding of this. If you have opinions on this or other feedback that you feel you must express, we ask that you not post to other places on the web about this game, as that’s exactly the reason we’ve chosen to lock the game. Instead, if you feel that you need to say something about this decision, please direct your emails to forever.bsc@gmail.com Thanks to all of you for your understanding and your readership! -the forever_bsc mods | |

| Emily stalked through an aisle of CompUSA, glaring at the salespeople as she did. Oh just try it bitches. I so want you to come and ask me if you can help me. I'll tell you exactly how you can help me. She headed towards the area with flash drives, her eyes narrowing as she scanned the rack. I can't believe I need more storage space already. This is bullshit. I need a faster computer, but there's no way in hell I can afford one right now. And Anderson Cooper has been faithful. Oh so faithful. She felt someone come into her aisle and her head spun about ready to pounce upon the sales person. You say one word about extended warranty and your ass is mine, she seethed, relaxing as she realized it was another customer. With a second glance, she blinked, realizing she knew who had join her. "Well hello there," she said, nodding curtly. "How the hell are you? You should be thankful you aren't an employee here. If you were, you'd be dead by now." | |
|
| Trevor smiled and waved at the group of people, including his roommate, gathered around the large coffee table in the living room of Franklin House.
"Joining us?" Drew asked him as he unfolded a Trivial Pursuit board.
"Maybe later, gonna make a call first," Trevor told him, holding up his phone.
"Good, you'd beat us anyway," Janelle, a girl who lived two rooms down from him, laughed.
Trevor waved at the group of them as off in the corner, hearing the sounds of guitar strumming coming from out on the porch as he stepped outside. He smiled and waved at the group gathered there, including Mick, a sophomore who lived in the room next to his, who was the one strumming on the guitar.
As he walked across the lawn, he flipped open his phone and scrolled down to Shawna's name, hitting send and listening to the ringing as he settled down on one of the wooden platforms in the middle of the commons.

| Emily leaned back against Sue's bed, pulling her messenger back up with her. "Sue, you horny wench, it is damn good to see you today, damn good," she said with a firm nod. "How the hell are you doing and what is new with you? I haven't been much for chit chat since the feeding and our meal, so give me the latest news in your insane life." | |

| Tugging at her blue short sleeved sweater, Erica checked the oven one last time before jogging into the living room and sitting down next to Robert. She folded her legs under her and grinned over at him, her eyes dancing around. "Believe it or not our food is almost done and then you and I can have our date," she smiled happily, squeezing his knee. "Mom'll be leaving soon, she has a date of her own tonight, believe it or not. I guess Erica and Rachel Blumberg are just two lucky ladies tonight." She gave him a kiss, hugging him tight. "Can I just tell you that it's really good to have you here?" | |

| Sam stretched out in front of his desk and rested his chin on his hand for a moment, looking at his phone. I haven't heard back from her yet. I haven't. I wonder if they've gotten their mail. With a small grin, he picked up the phone and dialed Anna's number, leaning in his desk chair as he spun it around, eagerly hoping for her to answer. | |

| Kristy plowed determinedly down the sidewalk, pulling on the straps of her backpack as she walked, dodging through the crowds. Why'd I even bring my homework with me? I got almost nothing done on the train anyway. Hell, why'd I even stay and go to class today? I should have gone at midnight last night, just come on out here the second I wanted to. But no, stupid trains don't run that late and I woulda been stuck. Ugh, she ranted inwardly, making a sharp turn around a corner, her eyes glued to the numbers on the buildings she was passing. What a coward, saying it and running, to a city where I can't even drive myself in the middle of the night because there's nowhere to park and it's impossible to get around.
She slammed to a stop as she saw the building number she was looking for and marched inside the door to the doorman's podium. "I need to see Bart Taylor or Dori Wallingford. You can tell them--" Shit. That little jackass might not even let me come up. Well fine, I can always camp out and wait for him even if he doesn't. "Kristy Thomas is here," she finished tightly, seeing the doorman hesitate before reaching for the intercom system to call up to them. She turned around, her jaw tight, as she looked around the lobby while he called up. Holy shit, Bart. Where the hell are you living?

| That was so weird. I only know one car that looks like that and he waved at me. But... there's no way. What would he be doing driving out of the CCSU campus? I think I need more vitamin C or something, I'm hallucinating, she thought as she quickly ducked in behind a group heading into Robert's building. She smiled at them, blending in as she tightened her strap around her shoulders. She headed up the stairs, humming softly to herself as she kept her eyes down. Weird how this is becoming so familiar. She heard someone coming down the steps and looked up, her face breaking out into a soft grin. "I thought I could beat you before you left," she said, hurrying up the steps and throwing her arms around him as she gave him a hug. "I tailgated. Not while driving of course, just while breaking and entering." | |

| Sue closed up her history book before starting on the reading, then tapped her pen on the book as she looked around her room. Nothing on tv right now, is there? Man, I need something to do. But nothing involving going anywhere, I'm feeling lazy. She got up and walked over to her bed, unplugging her phone from the charger as she went past it, and flopped down, propping pillows against the rail and leaning back on them, as she scrolled through the phonebook. And she's the first person in it. I love alphabetical order. She's who I want to talk to anyway. Gotta find out how Ohio's going. She picked up the remote for her stereo and cut it on, listening to the soundtrack to The Big Chill start up while the phone rang. | |

| Stepping off the train, Mia glanced around Grand Central Station before looking up and making sure she was in the right spot. she walked down the platform, her hands in her pockets as she searched for Dori's face. She turned to her left and smiled, spotting her before Dori could see her. She stood there, her head tilted to the side, just watching her for a few moments. Taking in a deep breath, she walked up to her and put her arms around the shorter girl, bending down and kissing her deeply. "That was the worst train ride I have been on in my life," she murmured, kissing her once more. "I am so glad to see you." | |

| Second night I'm back in Stoneybrook this week. But hey-- at least I'm spending the night this time, he thought rubbing the back of his neck as he went for a quick drive. Hopefully al this gets taken care of soon, but it feels good to just get out of the house for awhile. He glanced to his cell phone as he continued to drive, scrolling through the list of numbers in his address book. Pausing on Kristy's, he nodded, a small smile on his face. I haven't talked to her in awhile. I should see how her first week is going. Maybe- maybe she's hungry. Hitting send, he pulled to a stop at a sign and waited for her to answer. | |

| Sitting on a bench under an oak tree on the CCSU campus. He sipped his tall plain coffee, crossing his ankle over his knee as he leaned back, watching the door to the building Robert's class was in. He took another drink, checking his watch. "Dude should be done by now I'd think. C'mon Brewster," he muttered, rolling his eyes. He glanced around the campus and shrugged. Nice. Quaint. Very--- Connecticut. He saw the door open and stood up, his eyes scanning the throng of poeple that were leaving. Shit, he's tall. He nodded, holding one hand in the air. "Hey there!" he said, nodding, picking up the second cup of coffee as he stood. "What's up?" | |

| Shawna sat on the unfinished stairs, carefully pouring woodstain onto the rag in her hand before setting the stain down and starting to rub the rag against the spindles of the banister, carefully following the grain as she sang to herself under her breath, bobbing her head slowly to the music. This is easy enough. I was worried I’d forgotten how. Humming quietly, she picked up her second rag and ran it lightly over the spindle, evening out the stain, letting her mind wander as her humming got a little bit louder. “They can call me crazy if I fail, all the chance that I need, is one in a million,” she sang to herself as she rhythmically rubbed the stain on. “And they can call me brilliant if I succeed. Gravity is nothing to me, moving at the speed of sound. I'm just going to get my feet wet until I drown.” ( Read more... ) | |

| Erica leaned against the wall, sliding down the floor with a thud. She smiled at some of the other students passing by her as she crossed her legs pretzel style and opened up her American Lit book, wanting to get ahead on the reading before the weekend. I know I have children's lit next, can't believe I've already read ten books. This assignment is going to be easier than I thought. But I'm starting off with the small books, maybe I should do the opposite or mix it up a little... we'll see. She looked off to the side before reading the story again, trying to ignore her growling stomach. My gosh. I can't eat the cafe food again. She looked up as she spotted someone passing by. Is that... pizza in their hands. Sweet. It looks like... She cleared her throat and flashed the girl a dazzling smile. "Is that from the cafe?" she asked hopefully, nodding to the small pizza box in her hands. ( Read more... ) | |

| Stumbling out of his room as he rubbed his eyes, Bart trudged to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of Fuji water, opening the cap and downing three quarters of it in one long stream. Sighing, he finished it off, tossing it in the recycling box before grabbing a second. Walking to Dori's room, he knocked on the door with just his index finger. "Dori?" he whined, raising his eyebrow. "I just woke up. How long was I been sleeping?" | |

| Anna unlocked the door to her room, tucking her keychain lanyard into the outer pocket of her bag as she pushed the door open, hitting the lightswitch as she carried her bag from the bookstore over to her desk and set it down and then walking to her bed, letting out a breath as she sank down onto it. So much for classes not covering much the first couple days. I should have known that orchestra would jump right in. And how did I end up needing that many books? She glanced at the clock and frowned. I think I'll go to the snack bar later. I'm not hungry enough to go to dinner this early.
She laid back on her bed, reaching over for the stereo sitting on top of the minifridge next to her and hit the power button just as she heard her phone ringing from inside her bag and sat up, sliding off the bed to dig it out in a rush, flipping it open without looking and bringing it to her ear. "Hello?" she answered as she set her bag down on the easy chair under the window.

| After entering Stoneybrook, Logan pulled up at Burger King, glancing over at the entrance. Okay- Kerry gets home from cheerleading in like twenty minutes. Hunter and mom are out for the night. We'll just have brother sister time like she wanted. I wish I knew what was going on. Maybe she's just missing me though. He hopped out of his truck and entered the restaurant, heading to order for Kerry and himself. He glanced to his right and caught the eye of a familiar face. Weird. "Lew?" he asked, tilting his head to the side. "Hey." | |
|
| "See you later," Erica waved brightly to her swimming student and his mother as they backed out of the drive.
"Congratulations again Erica," Mrs. Goode smiled, waving at her. "Keep us informed of your plans."
"I will," she laughed happily, flushing as she looked down at her ring. My gosh. "You have a great week and I'll see you next Wednesday for our last lesson Curt." Oh my gosh, I'm going to miss him so much.
She tightened her towel around her waist and wiped her forehead on the back of her arm. Late summer. Man it's humid today. She yawned and started to head back in when she heard a honking. Turning around, she spotted Josh pulling up and gave him a wave as she kept walking towards the house. She pulled open the door and leaned against it, stifling another yawn. "Hey you," she said with a laugh. "What's up?"
|
| Mia pulled the door open, laying down at the entry way, her body blocking the entrace. She curled her chin into her arms and tumped her foot up and down, glancing around her home. Funshine. Where are you? She closed her eyes, drifting off as she began to fall asleep. She cannot get in without tripping over me. I shall awaken. | |
|
| Sam walked into the post office as fast as he could, glancing at his watch periodically as he entered the room. Getting in line, set the boxes down on the center table the line wound around, opening one up to peek inside. He pulled out the photographs of Dieter and himself riding on his motorcycle and various locations around Stoneybrook. He grinned as he spotted the one of him on the court house steps and the other of him in the back of a police car. Man it pays to know people. ( Read more... ) | |
