All have been tested and work.
If you use a plus account or make a new account, please use the updated codings. Other layouts will be updated later today or tomorrow.

First of all: Yes I have found a way to make the ads disappear, BUT

It's not a part of coding you add to yours, or a few mouse-clicks you have to do.
I cannot give it out to any of you who have not an idea about coding.

This is why I will start changing the codings of all the layouts I made till now. So if you use a layout please copy the code again, edit the picture URLS again and it will be fine for plus.

VERTICAL AD PLACING IS YOUR FRIEND BTW FOR THIS.

This only works for S2 right now. Me and a friend are still trying to find out how to fuck over S1 PLUS accounts you might say.

I will post status updates about which layouts have been edited, so stay tuned.

I am doing it this way cause I don't want to explain every detail to nearly 400 ppl. Sorry about that.

It's Sunday morning 11:11am, I just had toast an an egg and this crap doesn't let go of me.

As you all saw Livejournal (who thinks its the shit lately) removed the option to create basic accounts. First basic and paid users get to see crappy ads too, though I pay for my shit here, then suddenly journals get deleted for 'inappropriate content' aka fanfiction slash/yaoi, then oh lets go change the customization area to a too long loading bitch nobody understands in the beginning and now: you have to look at crap ads, or pay for your journal.

And you tell us you invest in the future? Rather stuff money into your own pocket.
Talking about evolution. They're going back in time. Livejournal once was COMPLETELY PAID. When they introduced basic accounts people started coming in, many more paid for accounts to have all the features, and hey we were okay. But soon we will sit on only paid ones.
There is InsaneJournal which loads as fast as a snail, has S2 but no smooth sailing, no flexible squares, and many styles are not custom CSS friendly. DeadJournal is invite only, GreatestJournal will somewhen soon be closed as much as I know. So WHAT NOW?

For me this bears the great question: Should I go on making journals even though all my layouts will look like shit on new journals which are not paid? I HATE ADS, YES, I HATE PLUS ACCOUNTS. And on what am I going to test the layouts? You people won't get live previews anymore if I don't get rid of the ads on the layouts. Which I can only go on and try.

Or we all use adblockers. Great.

On my browser (IE 7 PRO) and Internet Security (Kaspersky 7) all I see is the word ADVERTISEMENT in a layout on a plus journal and that is it. But many of you see ugly white bars or other things. I mean why not on the user info, why not as a pop up or on the login screen or whatever but in the freaking layout. Why did we all learn to code if we are kicked in the nuts now like this? I wish I could choke ppl from the LJ staff, sadly I can't.

I know I am not the only one upset, and it bears problems for ppl using the layouts and so on. If we could at least change the colors of the ads!

But well, dear members of this community, tell me your opinion. Should I keep on making layouts no matter how they look, should I try to make freakin ads work on them or leave it be completely. Though first and second option might take a while.
