I will say it again and again until I am blue in the face. This place is pro-reality. Don't look to us for a weight loss miracle. If that's what you are in search of, you have come to the wrong place.
Understand that there are many different forms/stages of eating disorders. By knowing this, you learn to understand why comments like "Ew, I think that Christina Ricci is a beluga" can really do some damage.
Support and comment to other members. Sometimes that's all it takes to make someones day a little better.
This community is not only for eating disorder support. It's for support of both the eating disorder and the underlying issues, for fun, and for general chat. You may post about all aspects of your life, you are not your eating disorder and we do not expect you to only post about that part of your life. We want to hear about the good and bad, about the fun night out AND the bad kitchen experience.
