Hello everyone! My name is Luckydude20 but you guys can call me Lucky. I just joined livejournal yesterday and I'm really excited about this whole set-up. You could just imagine my exceitement when I found a GodChild community a while ago. I just brought GodChild volume 1 a couple of weeks ago and I just can't put it down. This is without a doubt one of Kaori's Yuki's best works.
GodChild has captured my heart and it really is one of the best mangas out there. But I do have a question for you people here at the community. After drooling over the beautiful artwork of the cover, I came across the first page which introduced the re-introduced the series. Kaori said that GodChild was a sequel to her earlier works of the Count Cain saga. My question has to do with the original Count Cain saga. I was wondering if you any of you guys knew where to find the earlier Count Cain series. GodChild is licenced, yes I know, but I was wondering about the earlier works in the Count Cain saga. Any scans or anything? I really want to start from the begining of the begining in the Count Cain saga. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
This is my first time posting here. Since my friends ask me to do translation of god child from vol.3 onward (after what sakura-crisis has left when the manga has been licensed), I think it might be a good idea to share with you guys too. I will remove this if you think that it's inappropriate. Anyway, the first chapter of vol.3 is here. If you like it, I will continue to post.

Hello Everyone. As most of you know Count Cain God Child is coming to America in April. But I was sure if you know about the manga magazine its going to be in. Viz is publishing a new manga magazine called Shojo Beat. It's like Shonen Jump but directed more toward female. God child will be one of I believe 5 other manga that will be shown in it. I just thought that was interesting and me being the Count Cain obsessed fan girl that I am... I must have it. ^.^

Hello!
I don't think I have posted in here yet, so here it goes.
I went to Japan about a year ago now, and I was looking through an anime store when I found a bunch of God Child manga. I knew the artist from Angel Sanctuary and I love the art and the concepts that are used in the manga. I was looking over the other series with that artist and found God Child. I fell in love with the art and bought a few(yes theya re in Japanese, and no I can not read them). I am very excited that it will be translated and hopefully there will be lost of graphics and icons. ^_^

For all of those wondering why only G-d Child and not the Count Cain Series was acquired by Viz...
Amazon.com has listed several English translated manga titles from Viz that Viz, LLC. itself has not publicly announced: Full Moon wo Sagashite, Cain, Ouran Host Club and Genbu Kaiden.

Greetings. I am new to the Count Cain fandom, having recently started reading the manga. Actually it all started with me downloading a winamp skin with Cain on it and getting curious. But it is undoubtedly one of the best manga I have ever read. The storyline really keeps me interested, and the rather dark and twisted mood of the entire thing intrigues me. Plus Kaori Yuki's artwork is simply breathtaking. *wishes she could draw like that* I'm more prone to drawing stick figures myself... *cough* Personally I think it would be kind of cool if they made an anime series out of it. The closest thing to come out so far were those audio CDs, which as my luck has it, I will never get my paws on one of those. Anyway, nice to meet you all, and I am excited to see what other Cain goodness comes rolling out of this group. Fu, fu, fu...

I have been watching this community for a while and finally decided to join ^.~ I am a rabid fangirl of Count Cain :3 I wuff him like WOAH!! ♥~ I worship Kaori Yuki a LOT as well :D I collect all of her works ^^ You can say I try to join as many Count Cain communities as possible ^_^ Thanks for having me around!

I've got the manga in french, because I couldn't get it in English or Dutch. But I haven't got the first one!*sob* Oh, and my English isn't very good, sorry!

Hiya. My name's KC, and I've just recently been introduced into the Count Cain-verse. He was originally the basis for one of my friend Yume's many many RP characters, and one that spawned me to search for anything Count Cain. Much to my dissappointment, early on, I had only found French sites, and, not being able to understand a bit of french besides 'telecharger' and 'noir et blanc', I felt like giving up, and just image searched. Earlier in the week, I found a place to get scanlation zips, so I've been thriving off of those. ^________^ quite enjoyable. ::points to icon:: Yep, my friend Ashley said that she could picture my Tori (whos appearance is based on Cain) singing the song "Puttin' on the Ritz", dancing with a cane, and Shizuka (my character) singing in the background of the song, "Super Duuuper~!"
Yeah. I'm...done now... ^.^;;; I think I've rambled on enough..
