Today we remember what happend at the Stonewall Inn in NYC as "Pride day", but you might also remember ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) brendahoward, "Mother of Pride" and bisexual activist, who coordinated the first month anniversary rally and then the "Christopher Street Gay Liberation Day March" on June 28, 1970 to commemorate the first year anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion.
She passed away Three year ago today, from Colon cancer.
