Be A Star
The Be A Star campaign has updated the posters, to include the copy. They are even better! http://www.beastar.org.uk/

"Look at my mum - she's amazing!
From the second I was born, she's loved me with
everything she has. And by choosing to breastfeed,
she's protecting me against diabetes and reducing
her chances of getting breast cancer.
That's my mum feeding me. She's not a celebrity,
a wag or a model. She's a star."

"Look at my daughter - she's an inspiration.
She's absolutely besotted with that baby, and it makes
me proud to be her mum. By choosing to breastfeed,
she's protecting my grandson against childhood obesity
whilst burning up to 500 calories a day.
That's my daughter feeding her baby. She's not a pop idol,
celebrity or famous actress. She's a star."

There's radio ads too, from the voice of the Dad as well. The social marketing agency who worked on them, has commented on my blog about how and why they formed the campaign as being aimed at "influencers" as much as the young Mums - partners, family etc. Go to comments on
