- you have to be a gothic/industrial dj actively participating in the music scene.
- you have to be subscribed to the bpm email list.
- NO LOCAL SCENE DRAMA. i wont have it on the list and i wont have it here. the rest of the country does not care who hates who in your hometown.
- absolutely NO posting of local events here. we're [inter]national, and it doesnt make sense to spam people that live 32067320 miles away from you.
