an icontest community based on bou of an cafe <3

we will hold weekly icon-contests, anyone can enter
(or just vote) given they're a member of the community,
now... on to the icons!

1. You must be a member to participate in contests and to vote.

2. All icons submitted must be of bou. cosplay, and doujinshi are not allowed, fanart is allowed when specified and only if you drew it.

3. No bashing! it's rude and un-called for, any comments of the sort will be deleted.

4. All icons submitted must be fresh and made by you, stealing other peoples icons is wrong and will not be tolerated.

5. Icons can not be shown and/or posted anywhere untill voting is over and winners are announced.

6. Icons must fit LJ requirements 100x100 and 40kb.

7. No cheating, do not vote for your own icons, and/or get other people to go and vote for your icons. do and you'll be disqualified.

8. If you liked a certain icon and wanted to use it, ask the makers permission and give credit. if you don't know who the maker is, just ask. =)

9. as always respect others, be nice and have fun~! ^-^

*Themes*

As you probably know all icontest communitys have different theme methods, (EX. no theme, specific base. no theme, specific pic. or of course a one word theme.)
we, however will do all of these! yes, that's right all. Each week on monday a specific theme will be given, in the entry there will be instructions, about the theme will be given. ^^

*Submitting*

All icon submissions should be made in the following format, in a comment to the submission post.

new themes will be announced on Monday you will have till Friday at 9:30pm, to submit your icons.

*Voting*

Voting will begin on Friday at 10:00pm and last till 10:00pm on sunday, winners will will be announced on Monday, along with the new theme.

Each week you will vote for 4 icons including a special category, and/or mod's choice (which you don't get to vote for.) Vote's should be submitted in the following format to the Voting post.

1st: 32
2nd: 11
3rd: 4
Special category: 5

or

32, 11, 4, & 5

Don't vote for the same icon twice, and don't vote for your own icons.

Remember;
Monday - new theme, winners announced.
Wednesday - reminder.
Friday - voting starts.
Sunday - voting ends.
